So far, Crombell. He is tricky and a strategist. We already know, he is strong.

Even though so far Crombell has been the only formidable enemy, I just don't like him. I'm torn between M-21 (and M-24) during their antagonists time and Yuri, but I guess I'll have with Yuri, since M-xxs have become great good guys

Yuri works for Crombell, so that makes Crombell the more high level antagonist, plus he's the evil version of Franky.

Best antagonist is quite hard for me... I think I will go with Yuri. I know he is Crombel's minion and that should make Crombel better than him, but I feel like I get the aura of cunning, tricky, and bad guys even better from Yuri. Thanks to the latest chapters and what he did to Cerberus, I believe.
