Gotta be Raizel. As I have mentioned multiple times before, his character portrays a Nobel...an aristocrat. I specially like the earring.

Hmm here i think both Rai and Franky can be taken into account but since there can only be one winner guess i'll also go with Rai 'cause he's hotter than Franky . He has the most beautiful features .

There's big competition, Franky, M-21, Tao, Takeo, Lord, Seira...
But you know, I just love the way they draw Rai. You can always see what he thinks, his sad expression, his loving expression, his Noblesse expression, his amused (at Frank ) expression <3
And yes Love for the earring!

Franky is just better than Rai. Franky can create imprints in the ground as he walks with a "Trail of Death."

It's funny that the author chose to portray Frankenstein, a literary character not exactly famous for his good looks, like that; but it works really well.

Eh, I actually liked the design for Mary. I like how dark blue was used for her, it made her look a bit cool actually. She had the aura of a boss and an assassin, a deadly one on top of it. It complemented her cold and silent attitude alongside Jake. Overall the design for her is awesome because it matches her personality, IMO.
