@ Kaiten - As you might be aware already, human bears used to defecate in the open / bushes/ public in the very early stages of human bear evolution.
As for their modern counterpart, alas - I cant advise to their defecation preferences. So I too shall await Gary's response with eager anticipation.

GRRM and the webmasters of The Citadel are supposedly working on a guidebook for the entire series which I'm assuming will have art in it as well. I've heard that some special editions have art in them, but I don't know of any graphic book or graphic novel.
