A bit new to shoujo/josei manga any cool recommendations?

Do you have any preferences as to what kind of shoujo/josei you like to read?

Welcome, Gantzter127! Nice to have you here at MH and at Shoujo/Josei section!

Yeah, like what yukihime03 said, what type of shoujo/josei series do you like to read or what do you want to be recommended on? I haven't read that many Josei myself, to be honest. Perhaps baboysai can help us too here, *goes to drag baboysai here*

Thanks for the reply, anything to do with romance, something like fujoshi kanojo (my girlfriends a geek) a romantic comedy i don't care if it's sci fi or horror so long it has something to do with romance and comedy, but as i said please no yaoi. ^^

The normal shoujo will be something like Kaichou wa Maid-sama, Kimi ni Todoke, Faster than A Kiss, Skip Beat, Seiyuu-Ka, Mishounen Produce, Nisekoi, Watashi ni xx Shinasai...
The fantasy/supernatural will be Junketsu Kareshi, Barajou no Kiss, Akuma to Duet, Reimei no Arcana, Kamisama Hajimemashita, Stray Love Hearts..
The fictional setting ones will be Akagami no Shirayukihime, Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen...
The smut will be Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu, Black Bird...
That's all I can think of now. Oh, and pay in mind that most of them are still on-going.

    yukihime03 listed awesome titles there.

For smut, you can probably try Midnight Secretary. Quite a lovely one there, in my opinion, sweet and nice. I think you can also check CLAMP series (like Cardcaptor Sakura) or Tanemura Arina's series (like FullMoon wo Sagashite or Kamisama Kaitou Jeanne) for romance involving supernatural elements.

Cat Street, Koukou Debut, Strobe Edge... I read more some shoujo manga and besides fantasy/supernatural(can't stand it) is quite enjoyable for me.

Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but is Good Ending a shoujo or just a romance shounen? Anyway, if someone knows, could you recommend me a similiar series like GE.

/not sure if correct thread or not

I would also recommend Hanada by the same author of Lovely Complex . It is really funny and i think you'll enjoy it Gantzter127. Also Dengeki Daisy is a good manga and 16 Life . Hmm can't think of others right now ....

I have heard of Good Ending but seems like it a shounen? At least here at MH it is classified as shounen as far as I know.
