I think it's quite funny how they said no moe but are showing a naked Akane in the shower (with fog around it but still) and hinted at a possible female x female when Yayoi left the room and we see the doctor adjusting her big boobs I guess the director meant no cutey cute stuff but it seems the anime won't be without some sexual content/hints/shots
