Can someone help and check the below sentences:
I understand the importance of a momento...
And I want to cooperate with you, but...

There isn't any Koban.

The person was drinking something when he responded. He was trying to say "No"
考古民俗関係とは縁がなくて=I have nothing to do with archaeology?
もう（既に）二度も断られていますよ。= I've already been rejected twice.
Maybe, it means: I have tried to discover archeological artifacts but failed twice already.

Just to add, 振られる is used when being rejected from someone you like. It is possible that s/he tried to date someone in the field of archeology but got rejected twice. You know the context, so go along with what you have.
I've never been with anyone in the field of archeology, and got rejected twice already.
This is more literal but may be better.
