Can anyone translate the cover page? I want to know what Magellan's new title is, I think he will have gotten some sort of promotion, maybe he is charge of all the World Government's prisons, like some sort of superintendent. Does anyone recognize the crest on his arm?

Seems like Magellan has been demoted. the title card says "新副署長マゼラン" >>> "Shin Fukushochou Magellan" >>> "New Vice Director Magellan". Magellan's brassards also have the 副 kanji on them which means "vice".

I'm glad that we were right predicting that Magellan couldn't become the new Admiral because of the organ structure of the World Government institutions!

Oh i really wanna see the chapter It's good though that we got to see a few pages of it . I wonder how those Cool Brothers look like . Maybe this will be a chance for Oda to show us other strange characters

About those brothers, maybe they are those ones:

impossible,they appeared in the miniadventures exactly so make us aware of what they are doing in the meanwhile. also,they are different from these shadows.

Im utterly disappointed and honestly Im sad about this.. Haven't felt like this since Hodis stalled revelation of his true hatred. What a damn waste to let Magellan rot in ID. I expected him to go after the LvL 6 escapees with or without the permission of the WG. He had great potential as a character, yet he is kept in ID. Hopefully Oda adds him in the final great war or in any other major battle.

Haven't read the spoiler, didn't wanted to spoil myself. Jjust stopped at the coverpage.. 2nd let down in this arc, 1st being Law. I know Magellan was just a arc villain, in a bigger saga, but since the report given to Sengoku after the war, I expected something.

So was Magellan promoted or demoted? And I find it hilarious that Oda made those metal patches on Magellan's left wing as if it really was his natural wing (who knows?!).

Giant twin hitmen????? Apparently managed to beat Zoro (!!), Brook, and Sanji (Nami)? Hmm, based on those pics, it seems more likely they were put to sleep since I don't see blood or any sign of a battle (except those unsheathed swords).

CC is dope. I'm liking him with all his villainy plots so far.

1. i expected magellan not to be an admiral...but even though he failed his mission with impel down, i thought he would be promoted to larger roles like holding the g-5 version of impel down (where bonney might be imprisoned.)....i never thought he would go out his way and pursue the escpees since his personality is to srictly work on his jurisdiction....the one who goes out of his way to do his own thing is smoker.

2. off topic..but since people are talking about admirals (assuming it should be 3) its gonna be momonga, the spider guy and strawberry imo. coz they are the VA that was given some spotlight in previous stories...of course they would be much stronger and perhaps eaten a devil's fruit.

kizaru in my prediction was assigned to higher stuffs like akainu...or concentrated on science branch of marines (along with vegapunk and sumo guy)

3. the cool brother are yetis right? bigfoot, snow monsters? another folklore/mythological character in punk hazard.

4. so i guess the final fight (imo) is law vs luffy, smoker vs clown, zoro and sanji vs cool brothers??? (assuming they all got their bodies back in the climax of the story)

or joker (assuming its doflamingo) vs luffy...zoro vs law, smoker vs clown and sanji vs cool brothers? (assuming they got their bodies back and joker goes there personally?)

**i just dont know how, umm, if law gets unconscious the effects of personality switch gets back??? or robin uses her skills to make law do it???

I still don't get why Oda just let Magellan stay in Impel Down (demoted to VW) and never be involved in upcoming arcs. And Oda's trolled when he made the cover of 663 saying that Sadie is in love with the new VW despite showing Saldeath in the cover.

Anyways, things are starting to heat up. I cracked hard at Robin, when this girl talks, it's always painful and most of the time true. But I have to disagree with her, Franky's expression in Chopper's physique is one of the best things ever... Love it.

I still don't get how Tashigi and Smoker got body swapped if Smoker's heart was with Law's. Unless Law's just deceiving Clown and it's just a random heart of one of those fodder G5 marines.
