Edit: Just noticed a typo in my math in that post. Should've said "plus another 6" instead of "plus another 7" if I wanted to say, "all 21 cores, plus another (insert number) for a total of (insert number)". He followed the rule because he underestimated them. Now he knows that even if he activates Bagram, it would still be a drag since he finally admitted even to himself that Ikki is strong. And he doesn't want to lose this battle by breaking the rules. Pride.

Oh!G can be knocked for continuity, for stalling, for lacking science. But this chapter shows just how incredible his artwork can be, how he can still get me excited; Seeing Ringo aided by shadows of Yoshitsune, Nue, Spit, Aeon, Kazu, Lind, Agito, Akito; I'd give the chapter at least an 8/10 just for that bit, without even reading it...

I was hoping the battle would've come to a definitive end during this chapter, somewhat concerned that the final chapters are going to be extremely compressed or short on answers to questions. Despite that, for me this has been one of the best chapters in months. The art and the appearance of the kings and their roads did it for me.

I don't get Minami saying he designed the Storm Regalia? Does this, perhaps, mean that that the original design was his? And that Kururu, maybe unknowingly, followed Minami's design? Since, in this chapter, he says, "The Storm Regalia was for him . . . I didn't design for this!!!". And does he'd meant it for Ikki, or for Sora? A little confusing IMO.

Otherwise, yeah, I have to agree that the chapter was pretty good. I do still hope we can see Ikki using the Storm Regalia at least once though, even though Ikki saying "I'll tune you, and you tune me," to Ringo might mean the Storm Regalia was tuned to Ringo, or that it was somehow tuned to both of them, meaning that either of them could use it.

I think Minami meant that it was for Ikki. And for what I understood, when Minami said "I didn't designed it for this", he must mean that he didn't designed this situation to happen. He planned all of this from the start, that Ikki would use the Storm Regalia. He didn't planned (designed) this to happen, that Ringo, not Ikki, would use the Storm. So he didn't designed the Storm. What he designed is for Ikki to use the Storm.

And I believe that the Storm was tuned to both of them. So yeah, huge possibility that Ikki would use the Storm Regalia. I'm thinking that when Ikki used the Storm Regalia, a new road trick would be produced. Not just that redundant and overused convergence of roads, and using the tricks of each Road Kings one after the other. Like when Ikki used it, he would truly bring out the true power of the Storm, and the gate would finally open. You know what I mean? Coz right now, Ringo is just using the power of each Road Kings. Cliche thing. I wanna see a different one. Not the 8 roads in one regalia, but a "NEW" road in a regalia. Ya get me there? You know what I mean.

Or, I'm thinking of a more complex thing. That Minami had already the design of the Storm Regalia from day 1. And he just planned everything to be like this, that Ikki would be the one using it. I mean, he knew about the 9th line right? So there's a huge possibility that the Storm Regalia's design was already complete even before the series started. He just made the Bagram like that (21 cores) to complement the making and the production of the Storm Regalia.

yes this was what i was talking about when i gave a rough translation from the chinese version, on tat page where minami says he didnt design it for this, the chinese scanlation had a different meaning...the word in mandarin used to refer to a person in this case was for a male person, the direct translation from the chinese version is, "the storm regalia was not meant for him!" but tat didn't make any sense since ringo was the one using it. or maybe the chinese version made a mistake and was refering to "ringo" instead
