I think it was the traitors who forced Rai into hibernation instead of killing him. They had to be loyal to him/respected him at some point to take that risk. They knew that one day he might wake up and fight against them.

I always thought whoever forced him to hibernate for so long must have used a dirty trick or something along those lines. And when I think about Rai vs 5 clan leaders' fight to be fair and square, it's exactly Rai vs 5 clan leaders, with no handicaps except for the number of opponents. Seriously, after the last showdown with similar odds, he shown himself to be albe to freeze several clan leaders before (if my memory sreves me right) breaking the seal. That's why I think there was some foul play at hand.

The Union discovered Franky's first journal 540 years ago. 130 years ago, Crombel found Franky's personal journal about the Dark Spear and all that stuff in some random bookstore.

I don't know. Neither of them are very strong, nor were they created with great techniques, so I don't see the point of keeping them.

There are some underage characters, one for sure (argue if you want) that is going to be upgraded far beyond his human capacity. The two have already been modified, seen it all, and being adults, don't need to have their memories altered. Needless to say the story left them with no comrades, and so I think they are actually a perfect fit for the rest of the crew. Franky can modify them, so they can catch up to the rest in whatever time he needs. As for M-21 x Yonsu: that's a lost cause as long as the husband is alive and kicking. Either way, if it's supposed to work at all, it will take at least a year real-time writing to justify it.

Is the design of the blood drops that form up the Blood Field different? Somehow the center is a bit darker or something? Is is just a design change or maybe a deliberate hint? Or is my memory failing?

I think the story is pretty mutch clear where it is going .Roctis needed power thats why he went to the union .

What does the union do it modifies humans.Roctis goal is to be a modified noblesse so he could be the strongest noblesse and rule the world.

I think rai would sacrifise his life to save the world.Ups spoiler alert.

Not like M-21 was much stronger when he joined. Franky can play around with them, they're modified, so he can do something to them.
If they joined, we would get two teams of 3 instead of one team of two+1 that is out when someone discovers him resp. one stronger team. With more people, RK-4/6 should handle slightly stronger opponents, what should be needed to the future arcs if we want some interesting fights, not just RK fighting fodder.

Yes, they had, but they're most likely to encounter someone stronger next.

I don't really know if they will join or not, after all, they're adults and if they are married, they can just go on living their lives without Rai and Franky. But wouldn't they want to pay back the Union for destroying KSA and killing innocent people?
