Power overwhelming! Is that Rai's lowest form of attack? There must be a reason why he did it. I mean he is fast and can easily dodge (unlike Shioon sigh) and just let Frank do the beating. Can't wait for the translation.

First off, we finally get to see Roctis (i just assume that the noble with the black long hair is him). I guess that conflict will play a huge role in the future.
The other half of the Rk4 wakes up and can´t believe their eyes, the strongest among them is being "held hostage". It´s just funny how the opponents in Noblesse never realize how strong Rai + Franky really are, i just hope that Yuri + Cromwell will act as cunning and intelligent as they were presented till now and not underestimate the two. The rest is the usual Rai ownage with surprised spectators, especially the married couple. I just hope that Rai doesn´t collapse or anything in the next chapter.

Yeah, I figured he was interested in Franky because of the human experimentation.

If you look at the timeline, Roctis gets his hands on Franky's journal 540 years ago. 500 years ago, the Lord goes into eternal sleep, and Roctis (as well as some others) betray the Lord. If Roctis doesn't get the journal before the end of the old Lord's reign, he might not have rebelled.
