I guess the bottom 5 placement for Reborn last week wasn't one of those yo yo things after all. It'll be interesting to see how it fares for the next few weeks since its popularity has waned somewhat according to Oricon. Magico will most likely end before Nurarihyon. (Just a hunch!)

Gintama, Naruto and then ONE PIECE is on hiatus next week. It seems as if the mangaka are taking turns going on vacation.

Hello!

I wanted to know if anyone here can tell me how much promotion that Reborn! has gotten from Shonen Jump in over a year. If anyone can show me the advertisements I would be grateful.

I do not count the manga releases, chapters, and color pages because nearly all series get them many times a year. I just want to know what is out there for Reborn! other than these standard items.

So Nisekoi is going to have volumes coming out two months in a row? Sounds good for it. HQ is coming out fast, too.
Anyone know what "One Piece WHITE!" is? OP just came out with a data book a little while ago.

* Naruto #61 will be released on July 27th. This is because the new Naruto movie will be premiering on July 28th.

Since it's coming out just a day before the movie (likely to promote said movie) I wonder if Kishi's going to include a special chapter in the volume like Mashima's doing for Vol. 33??

He should, since the movies by themself didn't shine at all. Even more if it's the first time[?] he wrote the story by himself.

I found this chart which shows the popularity of the Jump Series on the internet through search hits. It also has the rankings from the main magazine as well. The guy who does this seems to do it every week, so if it gets enough interest I can keep posting them.

- Series that rank towards the top of the chart shows that they are popular in the main magazine.
- Series that rank towards the bottom of the chart shows that they don't rank well in the main magazine.

- Series that rank towards the right of the chart shows that they are popular on the internet (search hits).
- Series that rank towards the left side of the chart shows that they don't get many search hits.




One Piece, Naruto, Toriko, Gintama, Nisekoi and Haikyuu rank well in the magazine and gets lots of hits on the internet.

Medaka, Bleach and Kuroko don't rank very well in the magazine, but gets alot of hits on the internet.

Kurogane, Pajama, Kochikame, Reborn!, Nurarihyon and Magico don't rank well in the magazine and don't get many search hits on the internet.

Sensei no Bulge had a massive drop in search hits this week compared to last week.

Haikyuu is currently averaging just a bit less than what Toriko was averaging at chapter 17.

Pajama na Kanojo is currently averaging just a bit less than what Lock On! was averaging at chapter 16.

If Haikyuu can manage to break into the top 5 in the rankings next week, it will most likely overtake the chapter 18 averages of Bakuman, Toriko, Beelzebub and Kuroko.

OH google. I try google search with nurarihuon no mago and toriko and Mago got a lot more. But for the Japanese names Toriko had more.

There will be 2 new series starting in issues 31 and 32. The spoiler provider didn't write the names of the series but did provide the names of the authors.
