And yes, they sure do love their yanki. I sometimes wonder if Shounen Champion has realized the 90's are over.
Maybe they have and don't WANT to recognize the 90's is over. Kinda like how it's taking till just now for publishers to realize that online is where it's at. Though yeah, Murata jumping from a ship that's got full sails ahead to one that's sorta lurching forward as it sinks slowly is an interesting move. I wonder what they did to get him? (maybe he likes yankees too?)

Well, I think they love yankees because the yankees are the main source of money for Akita Shoten.

After reading the latest chapter of Inumaru Dashi it seems like it is going to end next week.

So, three new series are starting now right? If inumaru dashi ends next week that makes 4 series ending in a row, so I'm guessing another story is starting which makes 4 new, or it just ends without a new series coming a while after. I don't know if that happens in WSJ since I'm still a bit new to the TOC, but from what I've seen a new series comes after a series has ended. I'm not sure if it's for all or just for cancelled series though.

Inumaru chapters are 5-10 pages long. There is the occasional rare chapter with 12 pages.

The writer of Shokugeki no Soma & Shounen Shikku commented on his twitter 3 days ago that he is currently he in the process of writing a serialization rough draft for Shokugeki no Soma together with tosh.

It had only been 9 days since the Jump NEXT! that contained Shokugeki no Soma was officially released and the reception online has been really positive. Even the people that didn't like it seem to agree that there is no doubt it will be serialized.

    Shokugeki no Soma Colour Spread
    Spoiler show

Shokugeki no Soma is a cooking oneshot, but also apparently has lots of sexy, erotic moments aswell. Not really suprising considering that the artist has been a professional hentai artist.

Kinda reminds me of Addicted to Curry, though it should be different when looking at the girl.

this would make the heroine look cute, as she do in the pic. can't be bad to do hentai before writing for jump.

I like the drawing but it's kinda funny that a hentai artist might work for Jump/Shueisha
