ahh thanks for reminding me ppl, i think what u guys jus pointed out is the key to not overestimating these Star Ritten or whatever they're called, were the 'King's' knights as powerful as they have been assumed to be in these forums, why would the king himself have to bother with Halibel? why not send one of your kinghts? its not like thats a %100 indication, there could be another reason he chose to do it himself but all things point to that these Star Knights of his are powerful but not nearly as powerful as they been made out to be,

lest we forget the legend of the Vasto Lordes

at best these guys are at the height of senior captains or slightly higher imo, i highly doubt theres a single one of em strong enough to take on yama-ji short of the king...but of course it makes it easier to understand why they would need to seal some bankais

Haven't been here in a minute. I'm excited that we will possibly see full power Nell and a new and upgraded Grimmjow. Nell should already be strong enough to fight on her own because she should be just as strong as Halibel. Grimmjow will need to have gotten stronger, though. I'm also seeing if Ishida, Orihime, and Chad will be able to play a bigger role. I sucks seeing them be useless for pretty much the whole manga. I'd like to see them be at least the level of a decent captain. Maybe Ishida can go a bit higher if he decides to utilize the form Kirge is using.

how did you get that Nel is as strong as Halibel? Nel could barely contend with noitora.

I think the star knights are going to have varying power levels. Although i do believe the weakest one among them may be stronger than koma or soifon. I think their level of strength will vary between being around byakuya's level to senior captain level.

all that being said i think its Kirge who got saved by this interruption, its very unrealistic imo to think he stood a chance against ichigo, too many variables against him, the only chance would def be to seal his Bankai (and thats still a minimal chance) and even that seems to have been thrown out from the get go....now the question is more about why is the king so convinced Kirge could hold Ichigo long enough?....if the only trump card is Volstanding, because this isnt something familiar to Ichigo than i think the upgrade would of had to have been alot bigger, unless he's got more Quincy unkown surprises that Ichigo hasnt seen with IShida....how many more could there be? (that arent being saved for Ryuken or Ishida lol)

so i guess maybe something surprising may happen soon, of course he could always go after IChigo's friends lol

I think she would have been able to deal a deadly blow when she was reverted back to her original form while released before transforming back to her childlike state, but that can be debated forever I suppose.

As for the current situation, I think the king of VR thought that with Kirge there to keep Ichigo busy, he can invade SS without having to deal with an overpowered substitute shinigami getting in the way. Ichigo will likely beat Kirge via Ban Kai or fortunate circumstance thanks to Allon/Ayon/whatever the hell his name is. But the king, he actually sounded surprised he came to HM (see: http://www.mangahere.com/manga/bleach/v53/c489/13.html) but was glad that occurred as he said there's no better chance to engage SS. I'm anxious to see if/how SS gets to the brink of destruction, the possibilities...
