Franky probably just blames him along with the other clan leaders for forcing Raizel to use his powers knowing that it would end up hurting or killing him by using so much power.

I like this idea - its pretty cool if it turns out that way and maybe it was Roctis that made sure that Raizels coffin went missing from the union hands or was placed in that apartment building. I thought it was kind of weird how Rocits did not know how or who killed the elder. It seems like he was holding back from saying it was Rai from the other elder.

Next week should be interesting though - cant wait to see how the union responds to an elder's killing. I hope that Regis goes back to Lukedoina and undergoes his coming of age ceremony at the very least.

It seems like he might have been referring to the events that forced Raizel to enter his extended sleep. Raizel has been pretty tight lipped about it, but I believe he implied to Frankenstien that the reason he was forced to sleep so long was that the traitors tried to attacked him and he exhausted himself fending them off.

This all took place several hundred years before the rebellion against Raskreia, so it seems even back then they were planning to turn against her and were trying to get Raizel out of the way.

Sure, it's chapter 220.

When Frankenstien finally breaks down and asks Raizel to tell him what happened 820 years ago. Raizel is vague about it, but he says that he was forced to use his power when the same thing happened to him that happened to Gujetel's son and the clan leader of Loyard. So that would mean they tried to bushwhack him.

Dammmmn, I didn't expect him to cough blood here. .. ...

I hope the agents stop by soon. I want to hear their opinion about what happened, their possible questions about Rai & Co (and the answers) and whether they choose to join the gang. I imagine, when they hear Union will try to conquer Korea and also that Rai (& Co.) is the only one that will protect it, they'll want to join him, because they sure will want to protect Korea. And all of RK4 -3 started like that... only after a while they realized it feels like "family" there.
Another thing is, since Rai is sending RK away ("wants them to", of course they will stay, somehow), Rai won't want the agents to join them I guess... maybe RK + agents will become a separate unit, still being on Rai's side, with Rai, just independent for a while.

Btw, how can Regis know Roctis? He's only ~200 yrs old, while the rebellion happened earlier, didn't it? /Or he only heard about him/

It's true that the initial rebellion where the clan leaders refused to enter eternal sleep happened long before Regis was born(around 500 years ago and Regis is 199 years old.) but it would make sense for him to have heard of Roctis Kravei even if only through the stories about the infamous traitors.

Something else that I think is worth mentioning about recent developments is that the traitor Roctis' involvement with human modification brings with it some uncomfortable implications. 100 years ago modified humans claimed the lives of both Regis' father and Seira's entire clan. While Raizel mentioned it like the traitors were involved, I don't know if it was ever said for certain whether or not there was a well known connection between the Union and that incident; but there is one now.

Neither Seira nor Regis has ever been shown to have much lingering anger about that stuff but, if they have any at all, these developments might bring it out.

@ Darj - Adding to what Jamin siad. I think that since the betrayal is somewhat of a famous/ note worthy incident in Lukedonia - I'm sure all the Noble kids know who the traitors were.

No, I thought the same too but maybe he was just told about it from Getujel and since it's a matter of treason against the Lord, he has taken it very personally as a noble.

Goodness, I can't believe I am this late. Sorry, guys, been too occupied lately.

Anyway, so Roctis is 4th Elder and he was talking with 9th Elder in this chapter... This 9th Elder, the way he talked about experiments, reminded me of Frank. As if Union has two Franks now: Crombel and this 9th Elder. And he didn't seem to be a noble from his eyes, unless his eyes had been damaged... And it annoyed me that these elders wore white robes while our dear nobles wore black dress back then. -___-

I laughed at how Sangeen and Yontsu were so scared of Frank especially, I laughed at how silly Tao could be... This series never failed to entertain me, be it in serious situations or not. XD

Rai looked so sad at the ending, though what he said is true... I can't wait to see tomorrow's new chapter!

Roctis' betrayal with others and joining the Organization raises many questions. What was his motivation? Was he not satisfied with the stagnant like of an elder? Perhaps the world domination? The elders who betrayed could not have beaten The Lord or Rai or might be the other elders combined, was this a motivation for the betrayal? I cannot see anyone else posing a threat except the Elders and Rai group. The experiments for creating stronger beings indicates the desire of power, no?
