This chapter seemed so out of place. It's as if we skipped 5-10 chapters and got something much farther on. This whole crap with the Doctor being evil is just strange. It's not even trolling, it's just poor writing. Even if he isn't actually evil, and this is just a ploy to get Shioon frightened/scared/whatever to willpower heal his Ki Center, it's still really screwy.

I don't understand it. It's not like the story needed to be hurried along, as we'd already had 70 chapters of virtually nothing, so...

There's something that bugs me about the doctors statement that he injured Shi Woon's mom because he hadn't called for more medicine yet. But wasn't she injured the day Shioon had the fight with Chang Ho? Like the same day he just got the medicine from the doc? Why would he call the doc so quick? Either it's a translation error or the author didn't realized he made a mistake? Either way, now that i think about it, the doc being in cahoots with SUC was hinted after Shiwoon met Cool Guy the first time on the roof. He came way too quick after Cool Guy left. I thought it was strange back then but since he was a new character and thought he was on Shiwoon's side maybe he had good stealth skills or something. But I'm convinced Yi Giu-Bum will get Shiwoon out of this mess since he feels guilty about earlier and secretely followed him(as if a guy with a broken ki center would realize a murim is following him).

I feel better now so IMO this chapter was really interesting . It had so much info so it's not like it was a useless chapter . I guess this chapter helped prove that the doc is really a psycho and there's no way that he could be a good fellow . Moving on , i just can't believe he was working for the SUC . That was really unexpected , at least for me . I felt chills down my spine when i saw the ending . That dude really scares me , he really does

I hope Gyu Bum will somehow realize Shioon is missing and alert the elders before that psycho does something to him though i guess he won't get out of this unscathed. This is gonna turn up in a Elder Kwon saving Shioon arc Looking forward to the next chapter . The action is starting to get better again

I agree this chapter was very informative. I believe that Shioon will get himself out. That 9arts didn't really break Shioon's ki center. that every thing we know about Murim-in is false. I believe that I am rambling and making crap up.

The fact that the whack job Doc is cohoots with the SUC. Is though surprising not out of the realm of possibility. I mean random "normal" people able to use ki. Hmm, not usual. Shioon got the generic so I wonder if it didn't pack the killing mechanism that the Doc gave him originally. Shioon has been training and exhausted all of those pills. we know he is a genius. The foot technique that GMR gave him a hard time about learning. Seeing it only once. Now Shioon has had a phone and on it are some of the most sought after techniques in all of Murim.

Did the Doc ever say that he would try to fix Shioon's ki center? From what I recall he said it was impossible. But then why show that he moving forward with medicine and rare ingredients? It is so suspicious. He wasn't doing all that work for the SUC. He seems like an honest guy even if he isn't forth coming with information. It is similar to expounding on yes no questions when someone asked do you like soda? yes or no is the simple answer and that is what the Doc would give. Whereas most people would expound.

My bet is that he really is going to cure Shioon. That he is GMR's brother. He is creepy. I mean remember the 180 that the author pulled with Kwon. Dirty jerk of an elder that wanted to kill Shioon and take the Clan for himself. I can't see this turning out good for Shioon. But what can we feasably expect to happen next chapter.

It's not a plot-hole. It's simply another hint that the Doc is trying to heal Shioon and not let the SUC know. Even the "ball" he put into Shioon's mouth to keep him shout, I believe it's so that that idiotic brat doesn't shout some nonsense while the Doctor operates on him to restore his ki centers and get discovered by Cool Guy. Sure, the Doc is using SUC, but I believe the other way around isn't exactly true, since SUC members have been shown SEVERLY ADDICTED to whatever drug that guy prepared. I'm pretty sure there are other aftereffects that the SUC isn't aware of. Dunno, maybe mine is just wishful thinking, but one thing's for sure: Shioon can't make any real progress without his ki centers being restored, and Sera-noona was also aware that the matter was in the Doc's hands... and she trusted the guy would be able to heal Shioon. So yeah, I'm still betting on the guy!

P.S. I loved this chapter. I really don't understand why so many people hate it.

Good chapter what i think is the doc said all this to fool Cool guy so the Doc could have place to operate on his new ki center.

I think it is a double switch he really is going to cure Shioon. Or maybe wake up and be cured. Now I don't know what is going to happen. But Shioon is the protagonist and has to live. It would be a major twist if Shioon were killed. But then all breaker part 1 is worthless. Idk I am confused.

I think that the doc will not help shioon a because he have purpose to make a better Pills (and he work with the SUC from long time since he said the they are his biggest customer) cool guy in the other hand might have change of heart because he had argument with the other leader even tho why since the goal was clear to bring the world to chaos so the argument was Pointless =( http://www.mangareader.net/the-breaker-new-waves/61/19

and I love when shioon said : if you call yourself a murim-in then do it fair and square,and fight . and am like dude!! there goal is to destroy the murim world so why do they care about committing to the world roles

My best gamble is who gives most, get served first, what do you guys think?
If he would offer to pay 3 times as much as S.U.C. do? hmmm?
If doc was a good man, why put a trap in Shioon's mounth... ?

I'm not sure if the doctor is a good guy anymore, I mean if he wanted to heal him why would he call the SUC? Well, one answer would be that he heals him and the SUC that are keeping guard are supposed to be training for a revived ki center Shiwoon but that's a stretch. I don't know what to believe anymore so I'll just wait and see how the next chapter plays out. I also liked this chapter and was surprised by the plot twist. Can't wait for the next chapter.

You may be on to something, because when you think about it like coolguy said, doc didn't have to call s.u.c for protection, heck he never needed protection before when he did stuff with him before based on the fact that their meets were in secret.

So why now? I believe he could have just sucked all shioon's blood and killed him had he wanted since drugging him was so easy and doing everything while he was asleep would save all the trouble...even coolguy said if he wanted to kill him he could have without need to bring in a s.u.c captain.

Now the doc's reason that its for protection is weak since if he knows so much he knows this s.u.c captain is nothing to sunwhoo clan if they want to rush in and get shioon. Plus I'm sure he knew shioon's the head of sunwoo clan but still took this risk.
And also isn't shioon a customer of his? Where's shioons 100% satisfaction?...yup there's something fishy here, I feel he did this to still be a trusted person to s.u.c, but in an underhanded way help shioon at the same time while still getting blood from him to give to shio's obsessed lover.

Then again I can see fox eyes comming to the rescue having followed in secret..and coolguy's no match for him..plus as it is the s.u.c captains not being murim in but doin martial arts mean they took doc's pills. Although their leader smug-kun is "murim in"

The author pulled a 180 with Kwon. Dirty jerk of an elder that wanted to kill Shioon and take the Clan for himself. I can't see this turning out good for Shioon. But what can we feasably expect to happen next chapter.

I don't have any answers but the two likeliest scenarios.

First: Doc is a good guy and wants to kill SUC thus the poisonous candy. Thus he cures Shioons ki center.

Second: Squinty Eyes Bum goes viral and kicks some major SUC butt.

Thrid: Shioon goes BOT on everyone and can control it thus restoring his ki center in the process. (unlikely as it is just throwing it out there)

No way the mad doc is gonna heal Shioon: why would he call Coolguy for? And tie Shioon while lying on hurting his mother? Why not just tell him "I found a way to cure you"? A good doc scenario would be completely illogical at this point.

I think Shioon is trustful, but not THAT stupid. He probably took the pill beforehand, and it still has to kick in (it better be fast). With all the spiritual training he has done until now, he should be easier to fight Coolguy, but I'm rather worried about mad doc's skills. Oh, and it would be 2v1. The best choice would be to stike the doc and RUN.

Oh, and Shioon drank the beverage gave by doc... so yes, maybe he's really stupid

Well, I just lost all interest and respect I had for Shioon as a character and with him my motivation for reading this is also dropping to near 0 levels. I'll keep reading it of course, but no longer with anticipation but more like a chore.

Also, I hate when authors resort to logical fallacies for whatever reason and SunWoo letting Shioon out of their sight to then get taken away somewhere is one of them.

i hope the answer to repair Shioon's Ki center is this one now that Shioon knows who attacked his mother BHT mode is imminent and i hope because of a sudden burst of Ki on his body his Ki center will be fixed

or Gyu Bum already contacted Sera to locate Shioon's location and when they arrive Shioon is already in BHT and he already killed Cool Guy and the doctor is half dead

Shiwoon did have that one pill left right? So... who knows, maybe he took it right before? Lets hope....
That way maybe something unexpected happens and he'll save himself like a true bwass.
