Not only that, but Madara never showed anything with EMS except Susano'o or the Magatama.
At least he should be given the Rin'negan, since it was his power when he was alive.

Even then it was showed that the sword of Susano'o can pierce Susano'o itself, so Itachi one-shots both Sasuke and Madara. Now without it it would be one hell of a fight, and I would give it to Madara

You just made it even more imbalanced.

IMO Everything Itachi has shown until now, Everything Sasuke has shown until now (CS included - except snake summon) and Everything Madara (minus the Rinnengan) has shown until now would probably make it a bit more balanced.

Madara hasnt shown much of his own abilities though. Its more logical to give him Hashiramas powers and take away the Rinnengan. But thats my opinion anyway.

According to your scenario, I give the win to Madara. He has much more chakra than both of them (as it seems) and is more experienced with the Sharingan. All his abilities seem to be on a grander scale e.g. his Fire release.

If it is the case then I believe the victory would go to Madara, seeing as he seems on a whole different level in stamina.
Ok he is an Edo and has Hashirama's cells, but him spouting oversized katons like it was nothing really made an impression to me.

Still this fight would be 101746583% more awesome, intense and enjoyable if Kishi didn't pull freakin' Susano'o, and didn't transform Uchihas to sitting ducks while enclosed in an overpowered chakra entity of death:
A free-for-all battle to the death, Itachi with his uber genjutsu skills and clone skills, Sasuke with his uber ninjutsu and speed combo, and Madara with his oversized Katons, plus super speed/taijutsu combo.
Adding a well-timed Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi in the mix, being careful of Kirin... God, the possibilities!

I think that's only due to Madara 's Susanoo don't have a shield, Sasuke and Itachi's susanoo does have a shield

True, but the shield doesn't cover Susano'o at 360°, hell it doesn't cover even the head.
An attack from above could pretty well obtain the same results imho
