Madhouse confirmed that they're going to animate up to the Ant arc since the series started last year.
Considering how popular the 2011 remake is, they're most definitely also going to animate the Election arc and the Dark Continent arc, if its DONE by then ( Its not ) LOL
they'll hope that Togashi will keep churning out chapters weekly like the other Jump mangaka so that there's always material for anime, but crap! it's Togashi
I think the textless chapter/montage is a good chapter to end the anime. It feels like a closure episode, but still leaves the story open-ended and ready for a new arc/season should Togashi churn in more material and Madhouse continue to adapt it.
Anyway. I'm quite late on the uptake. I haven't even seen the episode for this week, though I heard it was epic. Welp, guess that's what happens when I try to take college seriously for once, lol. I'll get around to watching it tomorrow, or maybe when the new episode comes. What do you guys think?
Well. C'est la vie.
You're not the only one Cinnabar. It's been ages since I last visited this thread, mostly because I've been so busy that I haven't really had the chance to watch the show. Plus my internet connection is pretty crap, and my laptop is pretty old.
how come there have been no new eps out for the anime for two weeks now?
The Hunter x Hunter Kurapika oneshot will be in Shonen Jump Alpha. This is great! news. This basically tells me that there's a very good chance when the Hiatus is over the manga will run in SJA weekly.
Can you elaborate, please? What is this SJA? And what's so cool about HxH going there? '-'
Wow, that's nice indeed. So it means there's a chance to have HxH being officially released in english by Viz, in an online format, right? How fast is that though?
But if there was to be an official translation being released simultaneously with the japanese version, then they would just upload it on the Internet instead of scanlating.
