    She says it outta nowhere. It also goes nowhere. I honestly don't know what to make of it :/

    So if anyone can please tell me what this is supposed to mean I'll be very grateful:

    It's simple;

    わし = I
    わしら = We

    The girl on the left is pointing out the term "we", which suggests she doesn't want to be counted among it.
