Personally I Think Just Like Luffy Ordored Shanks, And Looked Up To Him, Well Law And Kidd Had Them Same Bind With A Yokou, For Law He Probe Knew And Looked Up To Kaido, And Kidd Once Looked Up To Big Mam But Now Wanna Take Her Place, By Blowin Up Her Fleet Ships Weakenin Her, Now I DO Think Kaido Is The Man Standing Over Law, And The Use Of "Shambles" Had Something To Do With The Double Take-Down, But Since Law Switch Hearts With Luffy, Luffy Suffered The After Affected And Law Suffed The Full-Effected Thats Why He's Bleedin And His Heart Hurtin, And Ferm is Commin Out Of Luffy Mouth And Passin Out Because Of That...it's weird But That's What I Think...

Personally I think just like Luffy adored Shanks and looked up to him. Well Law and Kidd had the same bond with a Yonkou. For Law he probably knew and looked up to Kaido, and Kidd once looked up to Big Mam, but now wants to take her position. By blowing up her fleet ships he's weakening her. Now I do think Kaido is the man standing over Law and the use of "Shambles" had something to do with the double take-down. But since Law switched hearts with Luffy, Luffy suffered the after-effects, while Law suffered the full effects. That's why he's bleeding, his heart's hurting and fume is comming out of Luffy's mouth, leading to unconsciousness.... it's weird but that's what I think....

P.S.: I think when Luffy agreed to be allies, that's when they switched hearts.

What makes you think that Kidd and Law had a similar past to Luffy? It would be for one, totally unimaginative and secondly, disrespectful of Oda's creativity. Kidd is destroying ships because he wants to become the Pirate King too, the need to take on the Yonkou is self-explanatory. Luffy exchanging his heart now sounds even less believable than Trafalgar doing it when he had operated on Luffy after the war. What you think is certainly weird IMO. XD

I think Monet has some connection with the 3 eyed girl at Big Moms base island. When CC is caught his devil fruit will probably release and all the slime will become gas again including the slime that I guessed was on the 3 eyed girls chair. So Big Mom, (if she's the yonkou in question) gets alerted immediately that her interests in PH are threatened.

I just can't factor in the mystery man, unless he's a rival yonkous underling & Monet is working with him to get the 3 eyed girl. Fact is if Law saw something that could shake the New World others might be aware of it too.

So the next week we are going to see who is that man who make Law tremble in fear. Hope Oda won't dissapoint us and pull Kubo style... I t would be strange to wait for so long to not see that mysterious person. Hope some interesting mysteries will be revealed. Though it seems that it might be either someone from Marines or Kaido... And it also seems that it might be Law's dad or some other relative.

is there any chance that laws surgical powers dont come from his df. maybe his personality mix and his ability to remove heart is some specific power like fishman karate and haki developed by some doctor and thought to law? maybe that same power is used agains law ?

Hey folks,
since I'm bored and about to fall into despair, because no new chapter is out. I'm going to try to gather all hints, relevant facts and remaining questions that we know about Law, so that we can have a better look on the situation. The remaining questions are partly theories from people from this forum:

1. Law cured/saved Luffy after the war. Further details about the surgery are not known. Could he have done something during the surgery to harm Luffy later on? or did Law put his heart in Luffy's body to save him, so that they are connected now?

2. Law became a Shibukai. He sent 100 pirate hearts to the HQ. Why did he want to become a Shibukai?

3. He's alone on PH. Where is his crew? Has he got defeated recently by a stronger opponent or has the crew got captured?

4. Law said to Luffy: 'We both have something, we want to get back'. What did he mean by that? Did he mean his crew?

5. Chopper asked Law: 'you're so strong so why don't you just capture him? '
Law replied:'Because the problem I have, I can't.... That's why I need your help.'
What kind of problem does he have? Is the new guy his problem?

6. Law said to CC, after CC explained that he gave drugs to the kids: 'What a nasty guy you are....reminds me of someone'. Who did he mean? The new guy?

7. Law said to CC, he want's nobody to know that he's on PH. Why? Was the new guy searching him?

8. Before proposing an alliance to Luffy, he said to him: 'But the truth is sleeping here on this island is an "important key".' What did he mean by that?


9. The new guy seems to have known Law for a long time. Who? Old enemy or old mentor?

10. Law is in pain, when the new guy appears. Why? Because he's connected to Luffy or because of the new guy?



That's about what I can come up with. There's sure more. A new theory should take into account most of the points above IMO.

special issue: His crew is known as heart pirates; Law gave hearts in exchange of his shishibukay position; and when he defeated Smoker what did he do? he took his heart and gave it to CC; So what's up with this heart obssesion? Is it related with Law's history? (Notice that new guy's attack on Law seems to affect his heart, since he grabbed his chest). (And, wasnt it Law's surgery on Luffy's heart? I dont remember)

monet is maybe more mysterious than this idiot who has just appeared before law. her abilities,the reason why she asked wings,what she's been writing since when law arrived,if she knew that guy was at PH and which kind of relationship ties her and CC.

I don't think he's connected to Luffy at all. The fact that both Luffy and Law happened to collapse at the same time is unrelated IMO . Besides Luffy looks like he lost consciousness while Law didn't , he's just in pain 'cause of something that guy did.

The reason to why Law is like that is still a mystery and it's true that we still don't know if Law did something to Luffy back then but i'm sure the pain Law is suffering right now isn't 'cause of Luffy .

Having a doctorate or more doesn't mean you are actually a Doctor, it means you have the highest studies in one or more degrees. A scientist can also be called a doctor, even if he doesn't have a M.D.
