on the other hand, I think I lately heard they cloned an exceptional search and rescue dog successfully, I don't know if and in how far that is related though.

Oh, that's an interesting article. Didn't know of any other successful clone other than Dolly. And the owner said it's in such a good condition. /so out-of-date Well, maybe it really has progressed better than I thought~ But then again, no successful stories heard from humans. XD

I think if we can go as far as the embryonic cells (or stem cells to be exact) it'll be good enough since it can probably be used to treat malignancy/cancers and some other diseases.
