Trying a little experiment: a friend of mine who's a huge Weekly Shonen Sunday follower has found a website that updates every week with official (as in officially from Shogakukan) with the ranks from one of the other shonen magazine. Maybe get a bit more interest for them and study their habits compared to more trigger happy magazines (sees Jump). So without further ado:
This is a continuation thread, the old thread is Here
Wasn´t the announcment for Magi , at the beginning of the year, about a "huge project" ? Because this announcment wasn´t really huge just "big".
So I think, that we get an exklusive Anime just for Animax and they want to release simultraneous ( in dubbed version^^ ) in many countries, in which Animax is there. Just like "The Walking Dead" or "Fallink Skies" is doing^^
Ok........I´m dreaming about something like that, BUT who knows, perhaps this type of anime-announcment is a huge project^^
Shounen sunday's site updated, though they didn't actually SAY it was an anime announcment. I guess they want you to buy the issue to actually find out what the news is, even if it is obvious.
I think A-1 pictures could do it, there's no such thing as a limit to how many anime a studio can produce. Though it very well could be anyone. I'm more concerned with the staff and the airdate than the studio though, oh and the vocal cast. Even if the studio isn't god-tier, as long as the anime has a good director, art director, character designer, musician, and a good gathering of vocal talent, an anime can still shine.
Bomber as of right now there really isn't something that will limit a studio from doing as much animes as it likes aside from 3 things :
2)Room and equipment(that was the case with Artland when they did Reborn! anime and later added scenes in the DVD which improved the anime a lot)
As much as I would love to see A-1 work on Magi anime they still have 4 shows to run and those require all their attention, Uchuu Kyoudai being one, Sword art online which is highly anticipated and Fairy tail so unless FT will take a break for a year in order for the manga to get some more material I don't see them doing Magi and with a little help from Wiki I saw that Aniplex worked with a lot of companies and also worked with Pierrot on Naruto and Bleach which made me suspect that they could take it and with their current lineup I don't want that to happen since they simply can't handle 3 animes at once and keep them all good(see Beelzebub to know what I mean) but then again another studio that worked with Aniplex and I don't know why I had such high hopes for the case is Bones in Soul Eater, FMA and FMA:B and you know just this last year Madhouse got into the on-going shows with HxH so there is a very slim chance since Eureka 7 also ends this fall.
Something of note: Apparently Magi might be taking Gundam AGE's timeslot when it ends.
If so it will definently be high budget...which would pretty much completely rule out A-1 Pictures since they already have 2 high budget shows that will still be airing during the fall.
Well, apparently, Ohtaka comment says: "Please watch the episode of Gundam AGE on the 24th". Maybe a teaser?
Magi anime to air in october on mbs-tbs it will take gundam AGE's timeslot so it is indeed the next nichigo anime.
