This exclusive DVD will include:

Given he's wearing a mask it certainly looks like it's Tobi, or at the very least another Uchiha.

What I find much more interesting is the fact that the Kyuubi with what must be Naruto on his head is fighting another version of himself, which is probably the half that Minato sealed within the Death God.

I believe it's an alternate version of Naruto from Road to Ninja, which Kishimoto did the story and character designs for.

The movie features an alternate storyline in which Tobi captures Naruto and the Kyuubi, succeeds in setting Project Tsuki no Me into action, and apparantly activates Mugen Tsukuyomi, trapping Naruto in the "Illusion World," which is an alternate reality where his parents never died and everyone's a bit different.

Although the plot is hard to determine at this point, I think that the masked version of Naruto might be the form that Tobi takes on in the Illusion World.

It looks like this Motion Comic is going to be an animated manga drawn by Kishimoto, based on the movie's plot.

As Suzaku said, it's Naruto in an alternate universe from the upcoming movie; Road to Ninja.

This movie also reveal Sakura parents; Haruno Kizashi and Haruno Mebuki.

In this alternate universe Sakura's father is a Hokage and her mother is a head of gangster. LOL

P.S. All characters designs and story has written by Kishimoto-sama himself.

On the 6th trailer for you see a flash of the masked person.

From the hairstyle, I'd say it's an uchiha. Maybe Sasuke? or Itachi (Anbu mode)

The hairstyle of the masked character in the picture posted above is definitely Sasuke without a shadow of a doubt.
