If he wanted the Yubi to go berserk mode and kill everything he would have summoned it before the war started , i think Tobi know what he does , like he always did , till now .

he couldn't summon the jyuubi before the war...actually it wasn't until after he obtained 9tails chakra(kingin bros).which was after the war started and kabuto summoned them...which he did not know kabuto had(because he would have surely asked for them).

my whole point is...wasn't this whole plan dependant on madara being ressurrected(with his rinnegan)?

was tobi truely suppose to be the one to control the jyuubi or for that fact...summon it?

to me,he does not seem to be the one with the"power"...to be the mastermind behind all of this.
madara gives me that vibe...this maybe why he is determined to retrieve the kyuubi...because kingin bros. are not enough chakra(8tails tentacle to boot)...

Yeah, I know it dominates on its own. Rinnegan user should still be able to cast genjutsu. Whether it comes from the eye or not depends on how they want it to happen. I do wonder if it's able to see through (cancel/reverse) genjutsu cast by Sharingan.

I don't think Rennigan has a genjustu limit. The Father of all Jutsu RS, can do all techs therefore I believe genjustu can be activated by a Rennigan user through:

Eye
Sound
Touch
Smell
Taste

It sounds ridiculously OP but Rennigan is meant to be ridiculously OP ^_^

summonning GM and summonning the jyuubi are two different things...

he needs all the bijuu to ressurrect the jyuubi...that is why it is not perfect.
nagato was using GM without having any bijuu...way back when...

He is after talking to Kabuto, as Kabuto mentioned fake Madara. Madara's reaction indicates he knew about the fake Madara, so it's safe to bet he knows about the fake. Probably part of the plan to instill fear in people, which works well with Tobi's ability to not get hit.

Madara seem really calm and assured of himself, like everything is going as planned:

- He toys around with the Kages, almost like if he didn't really want to kill them, just test his powers, show off and make everyone cower in fear;

- He shows no signs of being worried when ET started fading, he immediately conjures up a solution to escape his faith;

- He quickly realised who was behind the war and his summoning, saying :"this is something "he" would surely do" and didn't seem worried at all;

- As soon as he gains full control of himself, throught ET, he mocks the Kages saying "It would be disgracefull to pull Perfect Susanoo again, my enjoyment was ruined";

- He then tells everyone his next move "to get the Kyuubi" and he does this without a care in the world, like no one had any chance at all to stop him;

I am sure Madara will be a vital element of the plot, either as a "final boss" or as a key element behind the mysterious appearence of Tobi and his Eye of the Moon Plan. Madara behaves like all that's happening is going according to his plans, a plan conjured up a long time ago with the assistence of a partner in crime(probably Tobi) who may or may not have gone astray from the original intent of the plan and that would explan why Tobi felt so threatned when he saw Kabuto had Madara as an ET. I am under the impression Madara will eventually meet with Tobi in the future and at that time we will know the truth about their past history.

I suspect Sasuke is going to somehow try to get into the 'genjutsu world' in which the real Oro was sealed.

The fact that Anko's cursed seal is still there proves that Oro is alive.

But it's unlikely that the real Oro is in Anko since that's just a seal. Oro never take Anko's body. He was in Sasuke's body after his attempt to take over backfired and was sealed in an eternally blissful genjutsu. As for how, maybe he will try to figure out how to get the sealing gourd with his Susanoo.

Cursed Seal still being there wouldn't necessarily mean Orochimaru is still alive. Kushina and Minato are dead, but their chakra was still in Naruto. Itachi died but if I recall, some parts of the battleground was still lit with Amaterasu. Chakra could last a long time if it's not being used, I guess. Minato and Kushina's chakra weren't being used until they appeared, but this is a guess. Amaterasu used chakra to be summoned but I think burned without needing chakra, unlike katon jutsu?

It happened and a Rinnengan user can use any type of ninjutsu.

And I'm pretty sure that will be the case. If the Rinnegan was superior to Mangekyou Sharingan in every aspect, Tobi would have Rinnegan in both eyes, wouldn't he?

what if,with his rinnegan, nagato has overcome the illusion which rules over the Totsuka dimension,and is waiting for the moment when he will be able to escape. I bet he has already prepared a plan,which will enable him to escape and resurrect himself,although he is maybe still a zombie

We're not in a real crime investigation. We're reading manga where Ino's dad is seriously impressed by this genjutsu level, in a context where the opponent is a Rinnengan user, the first encountered. Besides I don't see why Nagato would not use his rinnengan while creating a new jutsu when he can. There is just no point to argue about that.

Besides I never said Rinnegan is superior to MS in every aspect. Also one can say that Tobi is keeping a Sharingan eye to predict movement and to use it for Izanagi as a fail-safe, he sure wouldn't want to waste a real Rinnegan for Izanagi.
