Against Muu, Ee is quite clearly towards the side and swung up. Against Sasuke, Ee was dashing at him with his upper arm and back on a direct path towards him.

Worlds apart? No, the difference isn't that major. Even Ee's regular speed was shown to be amazing and keeping up a feat. You keep bringing up Sasuke "looking the wrong way", even though I keep pointing to to previous examples where Sasuke still "recorded" movements even without looking directly at them.
