Well, I don't mind a 'dark' anime as long as the plot is presented with proper explanation and great characters.

Oh well, I'm just a tad bit depressed that most are dark anime. I mean, I'm already depressed and dark anime will just make me more depressed. But I think these days Japanese are good in making anime with darker tone so I think there will be a lot of good anime next season and at least dark anime can give more philosophy to reflect of. *shrug*

I think I'll add Magi to my list.

I'm excited for Magi and especially for the new JoJo anime. I wanna watch Psycho-Pass too. Unfortunately, that's about it for me.

Re: Fall Anime 2012 Preview Guide

    Am going to watch:

Code:Breaker: Well, duh. Of course I'll watch it. The cast is awesome as well (with Okamoto, Suzu, Saiga, Toshi-kun and MikiShin), so I definitely am looking forward to this.

Bakuman: Watched the past two seasons, so I'll just continue with it.

K: yukihime is right. This one got a real badass cast team, so I think I'll give it a try as well. :3

Zetsuen no Tempest: I only read the first chapter of the manga when it just came out, and I liked it. Didn't read past that since it died out after the first chapter for a while and only pick up speed recently. Though I bet the anime will cut it up like all the other monthlies, I think it's still worth giving it a try. :3

Re: Fall Anime 2012 Preview Guide

I know the list will probably change but as of now, after checking the chart out, the series below are the ones that have caught my attention:

    - Magi (I’m a fan of Sumomomo Momomo)
    - Zetsuen no Tempest
    - Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
    - Sukitte li na yo
    - Ixion Saga DT
    - Little Busters!
Thank you so much for my cute avy GenjiChan!

Wow that looks like some pretty badass animation O___o guess girls will like it a lot anyway with all the bishounen around XD

Story looks like nothing exceptional but it's hard to say at this point, will definitely check out the series (please not another GC).

That's very unlikely, it still needs to cover around 90 chapter which means if they don't go with a 52 episode season they just can't stuff anything into the next one. It's not likely though because the preview of the next season showed Nanamine who will probably the focus this time. My guess it will go feature everything up to the 130~ chapter
    Spoiler show
and then release a last season.

Re: Fall Anime 2012 Preview Guide

The list is down, reuploaded it, probably a new version?
    Spoiler show

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha got a trailer. Someone got to give me the name... the 4-koma version was quiet funny.

Also one for Ippatsu Hicchuu!! Devander Voiced by Yuki Kaji[Arita, Haruyuki, Accel World].

    Psycho-Pass got a website.

The next season has so many good series/movies, can't wait anymore! Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! looks adorable.

Thanks for the new list Schabrak, added to the first post!

My want to watch list doesn't change but some movies look interesting, might check them out.

First two movies are just a recap of the series, I guess the third movie with new content won't come before winter season. Looking forward to it though

Ah, yes. I've seen it indeed. I just wished there are voices in the PV. I am not exactly happy with the list of seiyuu but I'm willing to wait and see (or hear, to be exact).

Re: Fall Anime 2012 Preview Guide

Summer season was fail (only one I keept watching is Moyashimon s2). Fall seems more promising though. Just saw the PV of Btooom!

    Spoiler show

So, here is what I'm waiting for:

-Btooom! Very cool and intense action seinen, survival games done right. Just read the manga and was a plesant suprise to find out that there is an anime in production.
-Magi. Over all very basic shonen full of the usual tropes, but it works. Well written, addicting and fun to read. Anime seems awesome too, and the hype is pretty high.
-Jojo. One of the most legendary mangas of all time finally gets properly animated, must watch as fan of 70s/80s old-school shonen.
    - Robotics;Notes. If it follows the steps of the previous ones sets in the world... Should be worth a watch atleast.
