Oh my god, the end of episode 13 was astonishing...
The boss fight left me in AWE mode !!!
But really, I have the tendency to insert myself as a character and feel the motion of flow from the main characters from anime or movies, although this was the first time I really felt chill all over my body, when I saw that skeleton !!!
Actualy, to tell you the truth after looking the spoiler preview, I just thought this will be another filler like episode, but it caught me totally unprepared(I didn't read the novel neither the manga). So when that monster/boss fight at the end started and after Asuna screamed "above", it literally left me with my mouth open and a cold chill all over my body !!!
It's awesome when you expect little, but get extremely a lot...
Hah, man I need to calm down, still this series can sometimes be shockingly good (at some moments even better than the best series I ever saw, untill now !!!)...
PS: I think the reason it left me captivated, was that the loving scene wonderfully changed into an action scene, terrifically done if you ask me...
"fan boy" mode OFF
Now I'm really interested how the final boss would look like, and just how many would die there and than, why I'm afraid they might just all die from only encountering the final boss of the last floor...

Amazing ep, such badass fighting Heathcliff needs a nerf! I've never seen a more imba tank.
Wow, what an amazing episode~
to be honest it's the very first time I was so emotionally touched. Even more than when Kirito and Asuna got together. Asuna's speech and what Kirito said later on really got to me and yes, I even cried a bit. That's probably because I could relate to it so much - that's the way you feel when you really love someone and damn, they delivered it really, really well.
The fight was like the cherry on the cake. For me the best episode until now.
What a crazy fight.
I really enjoyed the fishing bit, I laughed quite a bit.
Lots of emotion too, this episode had it all...
Indeed, me wants to see more of Heathcliff fighting wtf is the mystery behind him?
(or A admin?). Generally when someone seems "too good", they're obvious bad guys. Let's see!
More than anything I'm glad they finally touched upon the issue of their real bodies. I've been wondering about that ever since episode 1 now. It makes sense that they would be transferred to hospitals.

i actuall got to episode ten better catch up before coming back here but omg heaithcliff killed kirito in that episode I was like wait what?
The most important thing is that we got FISHING! Fishing's one of the more awesome parts of SAO, so... :P
This episode gave me chills. Awesome chapter, near the end I could barely breath xD
The art was incredible cool as well. I mean:
Well, gifs then.
Fishing and the whole scene on the 22nd floor (ignoring all of the bs with Yui in Morning Dew Girl, the name of her sidestory) is a really nice, sweet part of SAO, and to me, it's one of the better parts. Just because SAO's about action, it doesn't have to be all about that, even though fishing does have a little bit of it.
The whole story with the older men is nicely done and then the fishing contest monster is just amusing with how they're all worried about Asuna. Fishing is truly one of my favorite moments in SAO.
You know what the craziest thing for me is? It's been 13 weeks since this anime started. I almost can't believe it.
Oh, and the boar fight music coming back was great
It's what made me realize how fast this anime is going too, it doesn't feel like so long ago that that music was playing for Klein. xD
This was a really good episode though it was marred for me a little bit by the CG they used for the boss. I hate it when they don't quite get it to blend. I'm not sure if that's a result of not enough cell shading, or what, but the Skull Reaper thing looked pretty ugly to me; and not in the good way.
Still everything else about this episode was great.
Quite a number of, what seem like, death flags too. I hope those are red herrings.
(For those of you who have read the novels, that is not a question so PLEASE do not answer it.)
