this episode was such a rollercoaster with just the right mixture of romance, action and drama *phew* but what now? did none of the players die or is it just the main couple? assuming that if kirito made it, asuna not making it would be too cruel here hopefully she's just as run down as him, gotta fit together after all. seriously though, it's going to be hard to top this episode I think, especially with real world issues. speaking of which, in a real hospital, when your monitor does that sound there'll be quite much attention, so I'm assuming there are a few SAO players on the same station so that no one cares about the one coming inout late...?

That was a surprising thing to do at episode 14. I guess those really were death flags after all.

I really enjoyed it though and for me I would say it was easily the best episode of the series.

once you have to live through the pain of watching Lyfa, although minus all of her inner monologues, you'll be liking the SAO arc even more.

Nice rollercoaster of emotions, that was sudden but epic.

Now I'm really curious to see how the story will advance from here. I hope that Asuna is alive too, her being dead would be soo............... ;_________________; but I do wonder how this crazy doc is going

to get players into the next game. At least that's what I did understand from what Darja told me.

Well,

The guy just prevents them from waking up, so they don't come back to the real world and he can just move them around. ALO's based on a copy of the SAO program, not Aincrad, but just the programming behind SAO, so the guy (not revealing his name) can just move their virtual selves into a new VR world when he prevents them from waking up at the conclusion of SAO.

Perhaps you should go read the LN. :P

ALO is downright awful. Honestly, so is GGO. You'd be better just skipping those two arcs and only reading the SAO arc and the current arc, Underworld. I like a lot of the SAO sidestories that didn't get featured in the anime, such as the real version of Aria in the Starless Night (not that hackjob in the anime) and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of Rondo of the Transient Sword being translated.

Yeah, but the problem

is that all of Lyfa's antics take over the story in the LN. It should be better in the anime as most of that should be cut out.

Asuna being alive is obvious. She ended the same way as Kirito in the game. This and the remaining episodes.
