Well I can't take this award seriously. The Walking Dead The Game sounds like utter crap. I know I don't know anything about it, but how on earth can that game really be that good? Take in mind I love the series.

Sounds like biased nomination dudes. I haven't heard AC3 being THAT good either.

Well what's funny is that they "buried" Carol without even searching properly for her, wth. They just assumed "she dead!" and voíla, she's in a room, alive.

- I used to think that way too but I gave up after realizing that most of the nomination and award events have other goals that to truly honor the real "best".

- AC3 is good. But it won't suit everybody's taste. I loved "Revelations" and "Brotherhood". They really are repetitive at some stages, but the main story is good and the fights are really fun.

If they're talking about the game by telltale (which I'm pretty sure of) then I can tell you it's worth it. So far it's really well done, totally on the level of the series. Haven't played the last episode yet but so far I love it.

I didn't expect anything from Walking Dead game (did you actually try it, Shinshatsu ?) but the overall ranking from reviews AND players is really good. Which push me to hold my bias.

No idea about AC 3. At least I know Jammin has been extremely disappointed by it (read his post in the Video Game section).

Dishonored seems fun, I read the review and watched a video with original ways to kill your target. Sounds fun (but feels like the teleportation is totally overpowered).

Mass effect 3 isn't worth to be best game of the year considering the shitty endings I saw (even if BioWare added an extended cut to calm down the legitimate fan raging). I mean, even if the game was good, the big fat lies from the developpers were too much.

I tried the Walking Dead and wasn't impressed. I think I have myself to blame because I can't be satisfied easily when it comes to movies, manga, anime and videogames.
As I said earlier, AC3 is that kind of game that you will either love or hate depending on how much you liked the previous titles and how much you're fond of Ezio... The only thing I hated about it is that they switched from a great age with thrilling historical environment to a less attractive one...
Dishonored is a game that you'll never play a second time. I felt like playing a game in the arcade when I played Dishonored... It's a poor game. I'm not saying that it's bad and no fun at all. It's just that the huge hype they made before releasing it made our expectations too high for what was really coming.

ME3 ... It was a great game. No one liked the ending. But apart from that, it was a damn good game indeed. And for it to be the best game of the year, I would say that it could be it. Because there are no rivals.

Yeah I forgot there are no rivals in ME3's area this year (I think)... The punishment should be more severe.
DLC day one on top of that.
