Re: Monks in the mosh pit, stage-diving Dalai Lama - Part 5

His optimism is not misplaced. The Yankees are banged up, and have not been playing good ball since the all star break. The way they are playing it could come down to Baltimore and Tampa for the division. There's still to much time left to be too optimistic, but it is not unreasonable to expect a division win. The AL East is suddenly one of the best division races in baseball.

Yeah I know, but I'm a doubting thomas when it comes to this team. There's just too much time left and too many important divisional games.

They play the Yankees again this week, four games in Baltimore. If the Orioles merely remain one game back they will have the opportunity this week to take control of the division. Remember, the Yankees have three more games against Tampa, a tough opponent. Potentially the Orioles could control the division by Thursday, with the opportunity to bury the Yankees over the weekend, before turning their attention to fending off Tampa. Obviously no lead is safe in such a close division, with this much time left in the season. All you can ask is that the Orioles have the opportunity to play for the division crown.

Yeah, it went from surprise to let down last month and this past month a resurgence. Who knows.

Refresh or something. Took a while for it to work for me.

Be prepared to facepalm heavily though, if it works.

... no. I know timing. Distraction near traffic light is bad timing.

Texting in general. v.v using phone, more like it.

If it's an emergency, I text while driving. But, people need to realize they're texting while driving, not driving while texting. I think some, if not most, look at their phone longer than they should.

Not really. I texted few times while we were driving, did anything happen? No. It's all about timing.

Not that I text a lot anyway. I usually hold off until I'm completely stopped, and put my phone away regardless if we're moving if it's not important.

There's no such thing as texting emergency...that's what calls are for

I have a problem with talking on the phone, hence why I stick to texting. Plus, if you get retards texting while driving... naturally there'll be accidents.

I've texted a lot while driving, and I've encountered no problem. Did read a text and nearly went off the road once because of a curve, lulz. Timing is everything. X_x
