The 3rd's generation story start with Shoei report to his father while visiting his grave, he's the one who defeated Ibaraki. There, Rikuo and Zen who also visiting the grave for victims from their clan appear. Actually, when they are child, the 3 of them play together. When Rihan and then Zen's father died, the 3 make an oath to protect the clan. Shoei's mother is a human, so he's half human. Zen and Shoei have argument on who is number one follower, finished by they saying to protect their oath that time (this story draft is written by anime 2nd season scriptwriter)
Rikuo going mad is about him getting drunk, beside seducing the girls (Kejoro, Sasami, Wakana, Gozumaru (drunk and crossdressed), Nuregarasu, Kejoro again) he also said rash remarks to the guys, when the clan try to stop him, Tsurara that happent to be there is forcefully matoi-ed (but their dialogue make it looks like Rikuo trying to forcefully xxx Tsurara...)
Dark Pawnshop, Ryuji acting as Dark Pawnshop in the front of a suspicious collector, Ryuji's intention is to destroy an organization who make deals with real yokai's corpse. He heard the real dark pawnshop info from the collector and there info about hunter who hunt down yokai and sell them out, Ryuji got counterattacked by the shopkeeper but with Yura's help, he win. Main house's eldest son die young, so he has resolution to become foundation for Yura and other Keikain, but now, he wants to walk together longer with Yura and the others, so he make himself believe that the curse already removed
Hagoromo Gitsune bring wounded Rikuo to half yokai village. Previously, when Gitsune still laying in the spring, there was also Rihan's corpse. Rihan and Yamabuki's soul met, and because of her love, Yamabuki try to release Rihan free and back out. When stabbed by Otome, Rihan felt guilt as he thinks that Yamabuki resent him and he was unable to make her happy. Their misunderstanding is solved, but while she want to go to the road to underworld with him, Otome said that there is still something he need to do as Yamabuki Gitsune.
To finish things with "this body"'s son, Seimei, Hagoromo Gitsune went.
And now, thanks to Rikuo, Seimei is death and with him, Shinoda no Bakegitsune also went along and the curse is removed. Otome's soul back to Rihan's side.
Rihan leave word that he entrust Wakana to waking Rikuo
Hagoromo Gitsune is now exist not as Kitsune or Otome, but as independent "The boss of Kyo Yokai" and go home with Kyokotsu.
Omake no omake
Setsura said that he will go home tomorrow, so during tomorrow, Tsurara has to steal Rikuo's lips. That word make Tsurara unintentionally conscious of Rikuo. Rikuo and Kana in the gym's storehouse, hearing that Tsurara's worried of Toloveru accident may happened and go there, but Kana already go home. On the contrary, Tsurara and Rikuo get a trouble.
When Tsurara try to help Rikuo in the gym's storehouse, the luggage falldown and Rikuo and Tsurara get glued down together, they're in a good mood and Rikuo try to kiss Tsurara and get his face closer
But then Ao appear and nothing happened
In the postscript, Shiibashi-sensei said that by writing the curse removal and this Rikuo and Tsurara scene, he finally feel that he has finished the manga.
And in the back of cover, everyone drinking, but there is jeering about Rikuo and Tsurara as "elder sister wife", "younger golden straw sandal" (from Japanese proverb of 年上の女房は金の草鞋を履いてでも探せ Look for elder wife even if you have to wear golden straw sandals)
In the illustration book, Rikuo Tsurara night festival date illust that was used for fanletter's reply also there.

. I'm looking forward for a translation of the omakes (well, maybe a fanslation in a forum, it will be a long wait till the release of vol. 25 in Spain TT.TT), specially that one in which Rikuo gets mad and the one with Sohei and Zen, I suppose it's because I love these characters, specially Zen. 
If not, I wish Viz could do it. And for the franch publisher, I asked them some time ago and they answered no
