Sasuke knows Madara and Tobi is on the battle field, so it's obvious it's not them. I believe they are going back to the leaf village, but for what?

I believe Sasuke is heading back to Konoha. Since that allows them to bump into the escaping Karin and re-unite Team Taka. Karin will forgive Sasuke and then be used by Kishi to sense a change in Sasuke's chakra.

So based on that, the one who knows everything probaly lives somewhere in the Fire Country. I could see Kishi using the Elders to give us a ton of exposition about Konoha, the Kages, the Uchiha, Obito, and Madara. Then Sasuke will be faced with the question of whether he will kill them or not for their role in the massacre. And he won't because of his promise to Naruto. Which sets up the Sasuke and Naruto meeting.

I still think it's Madara, though Tobi's out of the question now that Kishi claims him to be Obito. Madara has lived for well over eighty years, from the time of Uchiha vs. Senju to establishment of Konoha to the Uchiha Massacre (latter is an assumption). He's probably one of the few with the greatest amount of knowledge.

Though, actually thinking it through, it may not be Madara either, but that depends on couple of factors.


Could be the elders, but they're as old as Hiruzen, and they wouldn't have complete information, methinks. Maybe it's someone in Konoha to reunite Karin with Sasuke and others. Maybe Sasuke still needs help with his enemies. I'm not against Neko-baa being the one who knows a lot, but there's no way it can be Fugaku as we saw him dead. Maybe it's a version of Hashirama with his memories?

Unless two of Rikudou's sons are living, or the older brother's living, it can't be them since neither Senju nor Uchiha were wiped out. Chances are, either brother would be able to take on multiple enemies alone, though the younger brother probably wouldn't seek to wipe out his family.

Nowadays Rasengan can only be used to break masks.

Everything else survives (yes even on direct hit).

But to answer the question posed by OP, I think Oro may be bringing Sasuke to see the Snake Sage. He will be giving Sasuke the whole story through a crystal, the same way Naruto obtained his prediction from the Toad Sage.

Because it has to be a third party.

If Oro brings him to someone from the village, then whatever that person said would be biased in favor of the village. Same thing is it's an Uchiha.

I think you guys forget that Orochimaru explicitly said, that they're going to the place Sasuke knows well. He doesn't know Snake Sage. And if it was Hawk Sage, then why now? And how exactly will that make them rule the world? That's what Suigetsu said.

sadly i think its his mother and father ....as right before that itachi said that sasuke could have been the one to change them and that if only itachi had told sasuke then maybe everything could have been stopped....sasuke wants to ask his mother and father if its true that they wanted to take the village over...wants to know if was tobi said was fully true.....and most of all wants to see if his parents understood that itachi held the village above all else and when he find out that they dont blame him he will be at peace


or if you recall the one of the kages said that the one who stopped edo tensei was a hero to the ninja world....i think after the wars dont the leaf village and the whole ninja world will recognize itachi as a hero.....and thats what will stop sasukes rage???
