Miss Golden Week is too weak. Well it's a bit poetic, but actually it's not... She is really not a fighter, so she just doesn't stand any chance in such a fight...

lol Sentomaru is obviously the strongest here and tashigi the weakest

1.Sentomaru. I believe he wins this group quite comfortably and without a big effort even if he fights both of his opponents at the same time.
2. Hyozou. Even though I absolutely dislike this guy he is still by any means considerably stronger than Tashigi.

So Tashigi will be the one who looses.

Sentomaru is affiliated to the Marines, Tashigi is a Marine, Hyouzou on the contrary is a pirate/drunkard. The result? In my book Hyouzou is out.

But anyways in this fight there can't be any alliance, thus I believe Sentoumaru will fight both Tashigi and Hyozou as well.
And obviously Tashigi is weaker than Hyozou, especially after his evolution from the pills.

I'm not so sure if Tashigi wouldn't be able to beat Hyouzou in terms of swordsmanship. The tricky part is Hyouzou's poison though.

I don't think that Tashigi is that strong. If we remember she is only a Captain and Mugivaras were taking multiple Marine Captains in Ennies Lobby, when they were trying to get out from Buster Call and waiting for Luffy to win against Lucci, so I doubt it would be a difficult win for Hyozou, especially as you mentioned he can also use his poison.

Sentomarou and Hyouzou would go through.

Like I said earlier, I see Tashigi as the clumsy type. She may hold her own in certain one to one battles but against a poisonous fishman like Hyouzou I doubt she would pay close attention and keep up with his moves. =P
