Thread: If at this point I'm more experienced than I've ever been and younger than I'll ever be, why do I still fear the risks?

Hmmmm - risks are what the are because in an essence youre taking a gamble of sorts. Being younger & experienced cant overcome some situations. Hence you still have to take the risks.

Oh lulz, c'mon, that's not a big amount. I'm a lazy reader, I take ages to finish something and start new things.
My dad has a room full of books, all 4 walls, and he read every single book he has there. That's a good amount xD

I know what you mean. I always want to rearrange my room, but my laziness prevents me
Lemme see the results if you rearrange your room *-*

Sponge Bob shirt will be back /o/ You need a new yellow something to wear, though '-'

What's that Neil Gaiman book, Stardust?

What is that Marvel Book, Sandman?

I really like that Goku action figure with the Nyoi Bo.

    -Fears are hard to handle...
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho? Yeah, I did, I used to enjoy his books a lot, although that's not the best one, imo. Did you like it?
There was a Neil Gaiman sale xD So I got five of his works. I got American Gods, Fragile Things, Neverwhere, The Tragical Comedy or Comical Tragedy of Mr. Punch and Signal to Noise. The Marvel ones belong to Gu, I gotta check, irk.

I love that action figure *-* And it was cheap! $13 on dealextreme.com!

About the risk thing, something funny happened today.
I had to train my buddies at work on BPMn (business process modeling notation), my leader asked me that. I didn't know much about it, but I decided to study a bit and work on a cool presentation, and some aid tools. Today I had to present it.
    BUT
Yesterday the football team I support had an important game. A friend invited me to go to a bad close to home to watch the game, and they were serving free tequila to girls there. Of course I had some tequila, and then a lot of beer 'cause my team fucking won! I got home destroyed and woke up feeling fucking sick XD
I had some meds, took a long shower, got some good clothes, got some mint candy, a good perfume, makeup, and even like that a friend at work asked me if I had an intense night, lol. We finally finished an important part of the job so they decided to celebrate having lunch in an italian restaurant. I was feeling soooo sick and pasta didn't help at all. At 5PM, I had to present about BPMn to the rest of the team. And they really really love it! And I SUCK at presentations, I suck at being alone in front of people and making speeches to them. I suck at making sense xD~ And they said that my presentation was so good, well sctructure and well designed, that I kept their eyes fixed on my slides and on me, and that I sounded like I really understand what I was talking about. They stand up and applauded me o.o and said I should send the material I made to our company so they could send it to other projects. Of course I wasn't thinking about the risks 'cause I was too sick for it, lol, I just wanted to get the thing done. And it was fucking awesome! Great day xD

    took you long enough

"While many can pursue their dreams in solitude, other dreams are like great storms blowing hundreds, even thousands of dreams apart in their wake. Dreams breathe life into men and can cage them in suffering. Men live and die by their dreams. But long after they have been abandoned they still smolder deep in men's hearts. Some see nothing more than life and death. They are dead, for they have no dreams."
