Now to be honest, this list was more difficult to pick than the female list. Mostly because I was trying to limit myself to one character a franchise and in some cases a series has multitude of male characters I dislike and so, it was hard to pick.
But anyway, the list finally sees the light of day.
10- Kyosuke Kamijo (Puella Magi Madoka Magica)
He is probably one of the biggest jerks ever. This guy was a violin player who injured his hand and no longer able to use it to play an instrument. His best friend Sayaka tried to comfort him, but the ungrateful jerk got mad at her because he thinks she’s torturing him by making him listening to violin tunes without any regards to her caring for him for such a long time.
And when he finally gets his wish of using his hands again, instead of appreciating Sayaka's care, he decides to go out with another girl, completely ignoring the fact the Sayaka was the one who kept visiting him and tried to ease his pain. I don’t even think he said no to that girl or talked about Sayaka either. Like he really doesn't care about her. Some friend he is! Granted, Sayaka was the one who wanted to stay away from him due to what became of her, but still

Kyosuke Kamijo. Next time you go to a hospital, you’d wish for a nice girl like Sayaka to be with you.

09- Ash Ketcham (Pokemon)
For a guy who wants to be the best pokemon master, he is lame! He started poorly in the series, a noob that is lower than a noob, and he doesn’t get a lot of progress. He always had to get some help, he gets some of his badges out of pity and not by real skills, always falls for Team Rocket’s traps and he barley catches new pokemons. And if he catches one, it’s because the pokemon loved him, and lastly, he doesn’t win any league. He always loses and starts again in a different region and the cycle repeats itself. Now to be fair, I’m basing my statements on the first few seasons since I stopped watching the show, but from what I’ve heard, he barely improved from where he started.

And when you compare him to his original self, that means Red from the games and Pokemon Adventures manga series, he is nothing to him. Red is cool, knows what he’s doing, catches a lot of pokemons, defeats his enemies with
real skills, won the league and considered a real legend, and he matures unlike Ash who doesn’t seem to grow up at all.

Ash Ketchum. A loser Pokemon trainer.

08-Vegeta (Dragon Ball)
Dragon Ball is one of my favorite series’ of all time favorite. Alas, there are some characters to dislike. And Vegeta is the one I dislike the most. As an enemy, I have no problem. His first fight with Goku in the Saiyan arc is my second favorite fight of the whole series (The first would be Goku vs Piccolo). But when he’s supposed to be a good guy, that’s where I dislike him.
Vegeta’s weakness is his pride and desire to be the strongest fighter in the universe. And he can’t be satisfied unless he fights strong opponents. And that desire has kicked him in the face at least twice. First against Freeza. He was a match to him, but no. He wanted him to transform to have a better fight. The result? He got himself humiliated, had to ask for Goku’s help, and got killed. You’d think he learned his lesson, right? No. He asked the same thing from Cell and ended up endangering the world and got his son killed in the process. Even before that when they got the heads up about the artificial humans, instead of destroying them before they get unleashed; he demanded to leave them alone be so he can fight them. And he didn’t care about his wife and kid when they were in danger and saw that following dr. Gero was more important o him.

When trunks got killed, he showed signs that he does care about him. And after Goku’s death, you’d think he got better, right? Guess again… when he saw Babidi’s powers and how it can increase his own, he let himself under his spell on purpose to get his desired power and went on a rampage killing of innocent people just to let Goku fight him. And thanks to that, he let Boo free. However, he did feel guilty about and went ahead to sacrifice himself to kill Boo, only it was in vein.
After that, he settles down and acknowledges Goku’s strength and stopped being a jerk… for the most part.
Vegeta. A warrior that lets his pride get the better of him.

07-Light Yagami (Death Note)
Light is a special case. He started out as a perfect guy. Someone who gets top grades and dreams of solving the world’s problems and you think he’s really a nice guy. But all that changes when he gets his hands on the Death Note. Since then, he turned into a megalomaniac by the name of Kira who thinks he’s doing the right choice by killing anyone he doesn’t like. At first, he had a noble reason. Getting rid of all criminals around the world to get a better peaceful world and safe for everyone. But When he got detected by L, he changes his path to a challenge between him and L. He manipulated his ways and took several risks to get him before L gets him first. And he did! He managed to kill L, get rid of a potential threat called Rem, and rose up to reclaim his self proclaimed throne as the new world god.
That until Near and Milo rose up to get him, and Light goes back to his manipulated methods. But this time, he manipulated his own father to do his dirty work for him! And he died in vein. And if you think that’s it, think again… he used others as well to do the same thing to him. But in the end, Light got exposed in Near’s trap.
Even till the end, he still thought he was justice and everyone else is the criminal for not supporting him. Fortunately, he got the death that he deserved, by the same tool and partner that changed his life forever.
Now, some people compare him to Lelouch from Code Geass and how they are similar in many fasions, but to be honest I haven’t watched the show yet.... Oh c’mon, I have life and I can’t watch everything made under the sun!
Light Yagami. The self-proclaimed God of Justice.

06-Gendo Ikari (Neon Genesis Evangelion)
In the previous list we had a mother, and here we have a father. Gendo Ikari. One of the worst fathers ever.
He abandons his son Shinji for years after his wife’s death, not asking about him for once, doesn’t show any concern to him, and prefers to spend his time and passion towards achieving his dream of seeing his dear wife again. And all of a sudden, he asks his son that he neglected to come and pilot a giant robot to save humanity. No warm welcomes, no father and son talks, just “get in that thing and do what you are told to do”.

At first you’d think he’s a cold hearted b
@stard, but no. With Rei, you can see that he can be a nice guy. Just for her, and no one else. He talks with her, eat his meals with her, he praise her, risked his life to save her, but he never does that to his own son. Not at all, except that he praised him once.

He doesn’t show any concern to his son when he’s in danger or needs any help. He even had the balls to make his son kill his best friend and acts nonchalant about! He doesn’t even think what he was wrong and treated Shinji like a criminal. Again… why can’t he treat his own son the same way he treats a clone of a clone of a clone of his wife? Why can’t he show some love to his wife’s memento? In the manga it's even worse when he flat out says he never liked him because he stole his wife's love from him! He apologizes to him at the end, but when it’s too late and ruined everyone’s lives.
Gendo Ikari. An example of a bad father.

05-Creed Diskenth (Black Cat)
The anime version. Let me make this clear, I don’t dislike Creed from the manga, but the anime. Because the manga and the anime are like two separate versions that has barely any similarities.

Creed Diskenth is the main antagonist of Black Cat. In the manga, he was a cool guy. I had no problems with him since he was so levelheaded compared to a normal villain. But the anime just completely ruined his character. Instead of this cool guy, they made him into a complete over the top psycho with a disturbing fetish for Train Heartnet; the main protagonist. I just couldn’t take him seriously… he always acts like and talks like a maniac, doesn't show respect to his opponents, and not to mention downplaying with his abilities compared to the manga. They changed his invisible sword to a light saber. How is that more threatening? And this… this scene is what really made me lose it.
Anyway, the Black Cat anime is in my opinion one of the worst anime adaptations of all time and I highly suggest reading the manga and never ever approach this piece of trash of a production.

Creed Diskenth. Just make sure you don’t mention Train in his presence.

04-Kicker Jones (Transformers Energon)
Transformers Energon is considered the worst Transformers show ever. It’s bad in story, visuals and characters. And Kicker is by far the worst human lead character ever in the whole Transformers series. He is so terrible that you may re-think about disliking Daniel, Sam, Sari and Miko all together.

Kicker started out as a human with special powers that allows him to detect energon, along with hatred to the transformers. His hatred part got forgotten like it never happened within a few episodes, but he’s still treated like someone special to the point of giving him a superhero outfit!

But what I disliked the most about him is his character. He is rude, obnoxious, full of himself, shows no respect to anyone, always ignores the orders, and kicks everything whenever he wants to. Compared to other characters that usually get themselves into trouble, they are fun and friendly, but Kicker, Oh God, he’s just unbearable.
Again. If you’re going to watch Transformers Energon in the future, be prepared for this obnoxious character called Kicker Jones.

03-Akainu (One Piece)
One Piece has plenty of bad characters that make you really hate them. But I think Akainu is the worst of all.
Now hear me out. The reason he’s on this list is not because he killed Ace, it’s because of what he is. He is an Admiral of the Navy, and his job is to eliminate the pirates or anything threatens the world. That’s not wrong, except that he goes too far when doing it. Let’s see when he first appeared in the Ohara incident. He destroyed an entire ship full of innocent people just to make sure that this one wanted person does not escape! Don’t you think that’s an extreme thing to do? Hell, even Aokiji, who I think was supposed to be the same rank as him, thought that he went too far on that.

Here’s another example… during the Paramount war, there was a marine that wanted to escape the battle because he’s smart and knows he doesn’t stand a chance. Alas, he bumps into Akainu and pleads to him to let him go because he got a family and whatnot. Akainu tells him, that it’s better for him to die in battle than make his family live disgrace. You’d think the marine would think of what he has said and will return to battle, but no… Akainu kills him anyway! And I was like, “Then what was the point of what he said?” If he was going to kill the guy anyway, why would he bother giving him the choice if he won’t let him live to choose on his own?! That’s a thing a pirate would do. Not what’s supposed to be a representative of justice.
These two moments are what cemented the character to me. Like I said, what he’s doing is his job, but he goes beyond limits to kill everyone he thinks stands in the way of justice and peace.
Akainu. The extremist peace fighter of justice.

02-Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto)
Sasuke is a character that ruined a good series for everyone. Naruto, the series, was the coming of age story for the main character Naruto Uzumaki. It was supposed to be about his journey to climb from the pits of society and be the top dog that everyone recognize and earn their respect. However, the story changed from that to Naruto trying to get Sasuke back to his village. Sasuke saw himself as an avenger and his only purpose in life is to get his revenge from his brother Itachi who killed his entire clan. But he saw himself weak and therefore, asked for more power and so, he decided to abandon his village and friends and go to Orochimaru, the guy who promised him of such powers.
Since then, the story switched focus to Naruto training not be stronger, but to save his friend. He got to him several times, always says “this time I’ll do it”, but there’s always something that stops their plan and so they repeat the cycle again and again and the series drags out even more.
Another thing I dislike about Sasuke is he can’t seem to pick up his damn mind! First he goes on about killing Itachi, and then he forgets about it, only to think about it again, and when he finally gets it, he goes “Oh no, I killed my brother, what have I done!”. The same thing with Naruto. At first he hates Naruto, and then sees he cares about him, only to attempt to kill him, then he changes his mind, and then he goes ahead and tries to kill him, but yet again he changes his mind about it. PICK UP YOUR GODDAMNED MIND ALREADY!!
And let’s not forget his current plans. He wants to destroy the Hidden Leaf because they killed his brother. Um, reality check YOU killed him you idiot! Your friends TOLD you to forget it or you’ll regret it, but nooo, you wanted it so bad that you abandoned them and didn’t care about what they said and look what you’ve done! This is ALL-YOUR-FAULT!! You are the one to blame in this situation! Plus Pain already did it before you. So, haha, you fail anyway.
I hope Sasuke dies. I want him to get what he deserves for all the mess he did AND to ruin a good series like this.
Sasuke Uchiha. JUST DIE ALREADY.

01-Sosuke Aizen (BLEACH)
Aizen is like Sasuke, a character that ruined a good series. He is one of the worst, if not the worst villains of all time. A good villain is the one you like as much as the main heroes or you want to see more of him. Not Aizen. He is a shallow overrated villain that overstayed his welcome and not interesting at all.
Aizen started out as a normal captain who cares about his subordinates and then dies for a mysterious reason. And when the plot seemed to be resolved after saving Rukia and defeating the nemesis Byakuya, guess what, the story’s not over. What do we have now? It’s Aizen, the guy who faked his death. Now to be fair, the premise was okay. A guy who rebels against his people and try to overthrow the king using the enemies. I didn’t have a problem with, until the Fake Karakura arc. That is where it all started.

He does NOTHING interested. He’s supposed to have the ultimate power or so to speak and he does nothing but sending his pawns to die. He knew that they were in a fake town, but he doesn’t bother to go to the real one, no. He waits till everyone is dead and then he goes there. He could’ve saved his time while everyone is distracted but he just stayed there to enjoy the show.

But the thing I dislike the most about him is this… his lame speeches about knowing what’s going to happen and therefore preparing something against that. Planning one step ahead of your opponent is one thing, but he plans for 100 steps ahead! I’m sorry, but there’s no way it’s possible. There’s absolutely no way someone can be this precise about what’s gonna happen to him unless he lives in the world of Adam West’s Batman. He even planned how he’s gonna dies by Gin which will allow his magic ball to awaken. That’s crazily unrealistic I tell you! You stab his heart? He prepared for it. You shoot his brain? He prepared for it. You chop his head off? He prepared for it. You
EFF him in the
@$$? He prepared for it. You hack his PSN account? He prepared for it. You eat his cake? He prepared for it. It’s like he reads the manga spoilers ahead of time and think “What? I’m supposed to die here?! NOT GONNA HAPPEN!” Anyway, that’s the thing about him. He won’t die no matter what you do to him. He get’s random powerups like a toy company wants to sell as much Aizen toys as possible!

And he FINALLY got defeated, he still won’t die! If that magic ball what gave him the immortality power, and then rejects him, why is he still immortal?! Or here’s a better question: WHY SENTENCE HIM TO PRISON INSTEAD OF EXCUTION?!! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY LEAVING A GUY LIKE HIM LIVE WITHOUT A WORTHY PUNISHMENT?!! Are you seriously saying that giving spiritual powers to a human is a worst crime than rebelling against Soul Society, Siding with the enemies, attempting to overthrow the commander and the soul king and killing humans?!! THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!
And because Aizen is not dead even after all of this, they say that Kubo plans to bring him back!
NO! NO NO NO NO NO!!! WE BARLEY GOT THROUGH WITH HIM AND YOU SAY YOU WANT TO DO MORE WITH HIM?!!!!
I’m sorry!! If that’s gonna happen I’m going to drop the series! So what if it’s going to be the final arc?!
I’M NOT GONNA WASTE MY TIME READING ANYTHING INVOLVES THIS GUY EVER AGAIN! I’LL BE DONE WITH BLEACH IF THAT HAPPENS!
Screw Aizen, and SCREW KUBO IF HE DID THIS D!CK MOVE!
And that’s it. Those are the male characters I dislike the most. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to blow off some steam.
