In every second week One Piece sold 600k copies so there is no decrease at all, the decrease in the first 3 days can be explained with the presence of weekends and holidays..Technically volume 68 was on sale just for a day of the three counted. Yes there is a little decrease, but it's not so dramatic.

Weekends are irrelevant as all three of those volumes released on a Friday.

Are you sure about HxH being back? It says the cover is HxH but that might be referring to the one-shot that starts next week instead of the actual series?

It says the one shot ends in issue 2 so I don't think the serie itself will restart immediately. It's best if it does after the double issues anyway

And Naruto ranks are sure low recently...

Well I think Naruto fans got Kishi's hidden message in chapter 607 and are slowly losing interest. I wonder if Kishi really will be able to drag Naruto out for 1.5+ years now because Naruto's popularity is in a decline atm. It might end up below in Bleach in rankings soon.

Not surprising, considering that chapter was slow in plot progression. It'll probably go back up the next few weeks.

It mentions in that ad that this is indeed the story Togashi wrote 10 years ago that never got made, and is the basis for the movie. The characters in there are the Kurta clan, and it basically gives Kurapika's origin story. It'll appear in two issues for a total of 63 pages. It's called the "Kurapika Memory Arc" (クラピカ追憶編). Doesn't mention anything about the series restarting.
