[JP] Help translating 人にあらざる

What is the general meaning of "人にあらざる" and "人にあらず"? Thx in advance.

あらざる・あらず＝~ではない
For example, a ghost can be a 人にあらざるもの
Xは人にあらず。＝X is not a human.
