Obito clearly decided not to ressurect madara, but instead use his own version of infinite tsukyumi (supposedly to have a fake happy life with rin , and no madara to annoy him)
I would say these guys both have different agendas and madara is well aware of that, but choose to use him regardless (like obito using kabuto, or was it kabuto using obito ? )
why would he fear him anyway? Fear is a misused word here .Obito probably thinks he lost everything already (and this week's chapter title clearly show it) .
I think they have a Batman(Madara) & Robin(Obito) relationship.
Madara is the big daddy while Obito is the big daddy's main asset.
When Kabuto summoned Madara originally Obito froze dead in his tracks..and for the most part it seems lately Obito was trying to cover up his inconsistency behind him claiming to be madara. (or at least you can see it affecting him as the story progressed) Then when Madara actually interacted with him I saw that as Madara lashing Obito for being careless.
I do think that while Madara was alive and Obito returned to his lair they made an agreement. The moons eye plan was apart of that agreement and Madara may have been the first one to try it. He failed and Obito was supposed to try it next after guidance from Madara, but in the event he fail he needed to revive Madara to finish the job (somewhat what we have now) but Obito may have thought his method was fool-proof and began his own path to the juubi.
There was a motivation behind that.
Curently i think Sasuke is changing somehow. After the "i love you no matter what" from Itachi he defenetly showed signs of change. He now is aiming to find out what he really needs. What is a clan, what is a village... And in the end what is a family. Itachi started him on that path of redemtion and Naruto is going to finish it.
As for the topic... Curently Madara has nothing to fear... Immortal, wood element, Rinnegan, can reform from anything, unlimited chakra and stamina... Can create an army of himself...

Obito ans Madara's relationship is definitely akin to student and Master's. When he came to Obito, you could sense his uneasiness. Madara asked questions and he obediently answered. There was a note of underlying fear which he freely exhibited when Kabuto showed him Madara's body. He is just masking his fear. Madara is after all a legend incarnate. Even if he didn't have his Edo form - which was the original plan - he still would have his EMS + Rinnegan to easily take out Obito or any other ninja. He is a force to be reckoned with, and Obito obviously is fully aware of that. Hence I sincerely doubt Madara would feel anything along the lines of fear towards Obito, or anyone else for that matter.
