For starters, the "body not being strong enough to use the technique" is false. Nagato, who had arguably the weakest body outside of Madara, had LOADS of chakra. And that had nothing to do with his Rinnegan, but was due to him have Uzumaki blood. Fact of the matter is, some people have loads of chakra, others don't. Skill is often what separates people from using techniques, not the physical capacity to do so.

Konohamaru can't use Sussano because he isn't an Uchiha and because he isn't skilled enough to do so. Konohamaru is actually a terrible example given the fact he can use high level chakra jutsu in the form of Shadow clones and rasengans and still has energy left over.

Now, saying the body has limits is a possibility, but Edo Tensei seems to destroy these limits in the sense that these bodies don't tire. If you don't tire, you can't run out of physical energy as an Edo. Undying spirit w/ unlimited physical energy gives you the capability to use any technique if you have the required skill and special abilities (kekkai genkai).

As for the bolded part, Muu couldn't use Jinton because his spirit split and thus something happened to his affinities, as they were split up between the two bodies. What happened is the exact opposite of you what you are stating if I am correct.
I agree with what you said here. Muu probably wasn't able to use Jinton because it was out of reach for his limits as a human back in time. That means Muu was probably not be able to use Jinton as a divided person when he was alive, too.
Therefore, in theory, you cannot go over your potentials with Edo Tensei. Say, if Kakashi died and then, he was to be revived with Edo Tensei, he would be able to spam Kamui, since it was something he was capable of, albeit with a usage limit. Edo Tensei impinges on that limit.
So, technically speaking, if Nagato wasn't stopped, he would be able to use Rinnegan's abilities to such an extent that he could have destroyed a fair share of the allied forces alone. This may sound absurd, but if you consider the fact that many of those Shinobi had trouble dealing with Zetsu clones, that isn't the case for me.

Susano'o isn't a good technique to look for. It's been passed on by Kekkei Genkai. Hence, it's not very relevant with the debate here. The best example would be the Eight Gates. Gai can open all of them, while others cannot. But it certailny has nothing to do with genetic heritage or whatsoever. Lee can also open five gates and it's beyond what more refined, skilled shinobi can do. It's just training. But those people revived with Edo Tensei cannot do this, either. Because they do not only regain their capabilities, but also the memories of training. It's a bit like Kakashi's technique copying trick.
In other words, you cannot regain the memory of yourself doing something you didn't in your real life.
