been busy this week and nope at best i'll watch 5 episodes this week end. I need holidays anyway finish the stage 1 NAOW

- If Takumi is an awesome driver, his father is an outstanding one. Bunta is magnificent! His control of the car is amazing. I don’t know if it happens in the future but I would love to see Bunta race.

- Takumi vs. Ryousuke…I really want for Takumi to win but at the same time I don’t want for Ryousuke to lose, especially because if he loses he’ll retire. I can't wait to watch that race!

I’m very slow… but on the bright side, my craving for the next episode of the fifth stage won’t be as bad since I’m still watching the other stages.

So Takumi loses the race? Or Ryousuke like Mako-chan feels inspired by Takumi and decides to not quit? On a second thought, don’t answer those questions…I want to watch the last race not knowing what is going to happen.

It has taken me a couple of weeks but I finally finished Stage 1!!

Takumi won!! I don’t completely get how he did it, but he did it!!

I know Ryousuke doesn’t leave the series but I really hope he doesn’t quit racing because he is awesome!

Itsuki…most of the time he is a bit annoying but during these last two episodes I really liked how he was the only one who totally believed in Takumi and never doubted him, his faith on Takumi was always there and he always believed Takumi could defeat Ryousuke.

True - he was and can be annoying still sometimes but he's never doubted Takumis abilities. So he gets some bro points for that. Its nice to have a bud like that.

QFT! Takumi is lucky to have a friend like Itsuki just like Itsuki is lucky to have a friend like Takumi.

And while I do like Takumi and Itsuki’s friendship very much…for some reason I just don’t feel the Takumi x Megumi pairing, I don’t hate them but I don’t ship them either. Now, it only took two episodes but I’m already a fan of Takumi and the new girl from the new season. I can’t wait to watch the new episode of S5.

Glad to hear I’m not the only one who feels like that. I can’t pinpoint what it is but I’m not a fan of hers yet, I even liked Mako more than her during this stage.

P.S. I must say that I did like how she went to see Takumi race during the last battle. That was nice.

It won’t take me as long as the first stage, but I don’t think I will finish it in 1 week.

Episode 1 S2

The first thing that caught my attention was the art/animation. It was so, so different from the first stage. I think Kenji was the only one who looked that his old self, everyone looked different. Takumi looked more handsome , Ryousuke’s hair color was lighter because he had black hair in S1, in short, I was surprised at how different everyone looked.

About the episode itself, I don’t like the new guys, especially the ponytailed guy. I didn’t like how he badmouthed Takumi and his car. And Itsuki…he is Takumi’s biggest fangirl , I really liked how he defended Takumi and his car.

Looking forward to the next episode!

I’m not a big fan of the new hair color either. He looked better with black hair, IMHO.

They are mean; I don’t like what they do with the other teams’ insignias. That is a bit cruel, IMO.

Maybe I'm wrong but I think things stop at the beginning of Stage 4, so Megumi is staying for a little longer...
