To be fair Ninja Star I'm thinking back to Part I, when Kiba gave Akamaru a quick kick and Akamaru fainted. The attack was super effective. Akamaru was unable to battle.

So I'm thinking a Vacuum Palm from HInata this far in the story should end Akamaru. If not one, then 2 will do the job.
Please don't try and overhype the dog.

As for Ino, again you're right, since I have a low opinion of Kiba due to how useless he has been. His sense of smell has improved however. If you want a positive thrown forcefully at you haha.
I guess Ino has nothing in canon for combat. If she could use her Flower Jutsu nonsense for the games then it's a different story lol.

The fact that fodder proudly went in and attacked and Kiba shat himself, he has taken the place for most useless rookie.
That title is now his. It's safe.
Tenten 2nd now.

Sakura if not for her great work in healing people would be competing with Kiba in useless. But her work in the medical camp and how she destroyed one of those spies with that lie about Tonton was awesome. So she isn't useless at all.
But that Moving Stone defeated her in battle. Super uncool. Sakura looked extremely lame.
