Its not an ignorant statement. Its FACT. Presidents are there as puppets. The power they have is more then limited but belive what you wish.
Also yes, the US goverment is more then corrupt but meh this is not the place to argue about it.

As for corruption, please don't believe every conspiracy theory out there. Is there corruption? Yes. But are there Illuminati type organizations out there? No. The CIA and NSA does enough shady shit that there is no need for another agency to do illegal and immoral things.

The American Government is very corrupt tbh. Not saying Governments arent, but a big Super power like the US is bound to have some very shady dealings behind closed doors. The meaning of the word itself is shady enough.

On the thread topic, I would say Danzou, Minato or Hashirama would be the best candidates. Minato and Hashirama being the favorites. The US does well with charismatic Presidents (well until they get assassinated) and on top of that, these three candidates would slaughter you if they deem it necessary, something the US has been known to do for centuries.
