if the massacre happened when they were out.... Now I think Pyro is alive?
Or Kurapika was grief struck when he discovered his clan was massacred so he wasn't able to get Pyro healed in time and Pyro ended up dying due to Kurapika's grief.
This is a gorgeous chapter, and I can't wait for the next one. It's really interesting, and a bit sad, to see the stark contrast between a younger Kurapika and the one we have today (especially looking at chapter 339(?)). I'm really looking forward to seeing what happens to Pyro next week and the Kurta clan. It made me a little sad hearing how naive some clans people are with the outside world, and a little bit of foreshadowing with comments that it was years ago that people hunted them for their eyes, and now it's not like that anymore.
As for me, I don't think the child Kurakipa's personality is that much contrast with his now. The kid is headstrong, and to me so is the current Kurapika (you see him with his teacher when they were discussing nen abilities?). It's just now that he's more mature and have good knowledge and a more clever mind to see things through and act accordingly, while the kid one is, of course, much more simplier in thoughts. And he easily got pissed off when his will is rejected and acts aggressively. That's why I think it connects closely to the grown-up Kurapika.
Very good chapter.I really liked this chapter because it permitted to know what was Kurapika's personal dreams before the death of his clansmen.I would have never imagined that Kurapika had such an adventure spirit.
Sorry guys if someone else already asked this, but can someone give me a link in which I can read the chapter?
You would be my heroes.

Thanks guys for the links.
Quite liked the capter; it was nice to see Kurapikas' parents and other Kurutas.
It was about time to have a glimpse of Kurapika's past life.
This one-shot has made me think, what if in the current arc, Kurapika will oppose going to the Outside World?
What if his childhood traumatize him and killed his adventure spirit and he will try to prevent them to go Outside World?
IMagine if the Troupe join alongside of Beyond Badass Crew and Kurapika join the Zodiac as Ging replacement?
It'd be something if Toga could exploit that, but I don't think he can since Kurapika's still busy apparently with the eyes...
I didn't even know! the chapter was out until someone on youtube sent me the link just an hour ago..... xD Well I would have known If I just checked here yesterday....
Anyways... That oneshot chapter was awesome! and dang! Kid Kurapika reminds me so much of Gon lol. Well I can't wait! to read part 2.
Could it be that this book is about Ging, Netero or other known/existing hunter's story?
We all know that Kurapika met Leorio. And Leorio is aiming to become a doctor.
I really liked the one shot.
Can't wait for the next chapter, HxH return from Hiatus and the HxH Movie.

Great chapter...glad we got some real cleaned up line art and not those scribble chapters we keep getting.
It's kind of sad, seeing how Kurapika's changed from having such a Gon-like personality to the gloomy one he has by the end of the chairman arc. I can sort of see how that foreshadows how Gon may end up in many ways but I'm really hoping not. And why did no one mention Kurapika's mom yet? She was awesome.
