So far I've made boiled rice with spinach, baked chicken with potates, boiled octοpus with spaggeti, Greek style fresh beans with potates, carrots and tomato juice (I love this one) and umm one or two different rice dishes (mother says rice loves me as much as I love it, since she rarely manages to prevent it from becoming like one solid mass, like mud). Ok, that's enough!

Went to your country twice and it was great (although a bit hot

God, I love bread. But I have always been kind of sensitive. And as of late, the doctors think I may have celiac disease, or gluten sensitivity, which is the flattening of the villi in the intestine. Sucks majorly. A duodenal biopsy will tell. And then....I will be banned from regular lovely bread forever!
At least I made my first successful bread loaf today. It wasn't all crumbly because I used xanthum gum.
