Can't wait for next week.
Actually a really good chapter, as well. slow build was worth it.
^Yeah I was about to say "Fucking nailed it" lol
you actually ruined it for me maxy when the battle seemed so lacklustre and the girl started coming i could only thought ohh goody..... well seems something else is going on though so we will see.
Damn it, it was not as interesting after seeing that as a possibility. Good call Maxy.
Next chapter should be good considering that I expect that we are going to see some good art scenes, all in all this was nicely done to tie things in. The series is doing well.
Just saw a random tweet from Manga-news Japon on twitter concerning this series. And since I can't understand french I tried to google translate it and it says something about Shumatsu being just a short series and that the end is near. :|

Climax is the traditional term for anouncing a last chapter and i seem to remember it was anounced as a short series at first.
I really do hope that's not the case. Tanabe Yellow is a great mangaka and so far I'm loving this series just as I loved Kekkaishi. I don't want it to drag on, but I don't want it to be a miniscule series either.
And if this actually is a short series and wraps up soon then the slow pace makes more sense, as it'd be telling one complete tale rather than trying to sell people on an ongoing
Well chapter (the "climax") didn't say anything about it ending next week so I hope it doesn't. The flashback was fantastic, and I really want to know more about these Akuma mouths. I guess if enough Akuma are eaten by someone the original monster will reborn?
So the little girl will become the big white monster? Interesting theory, though the ending of chapter 4 was a bit confusing, but it also sparks hope that the series has a long way to go, the author is involving flashbacks, that is always a good sign for along-running series.
Here's hoping. I love reading this sereis every week! The art is just...
