This definitely paints the story in a new light, especially how the whole Workshop/Factory works.
It would appear that Baam's most likely an ignition weapon.
Did not we already see him before? I got this feeling that He was present at another event. Doesn't jump in my memory, though. >_>
Now that I read the translated version, I don't think Baam is a living weapon. It's like Horyang wants to find out if Baam is, and then Baam brings it out and is like "no, I'm not".
Really? Why not? He has all the stuff to be a living weapon. Not a conventional an obvious one as Saikano, but He has his merits.
really interested in next weeks chapter, this one left on a good note. Hope we can get some answers to the question about Baam's lobster. Also happy to hear teddys backround story, called it on the factory being a creepy place. But what is that demon they split up into them? Is it really an evil entity? or negative Shinoo energy or what? Can't wait to find out!
I'm still thinking about the afterword. It's good to know that not all ignition weapons are sentient. It does seem like shinhueh are put into weapons, or in this case people, to create soul weapons (this isn't Noblesse, I know :P). The mangapirate tl of the afterword says that, at least for the non-sentient ignition weapons, they're made with "special shinsoo," and I'm curious how that works. Sadly, it'll be awhile before we see that.
As to SIU's comment about how ignition weapons will play a big role later on, that's obvious, especially as we already saw how powerful ignition weapons can be. Then again, Urek was able to have the advantage against the strongest weapon in the Tower, but that's Urek for you. :P

Haha, can't wait for Urek to reappear.
guys u r saying baam is ignition weapon then can ignition weapon be irregular ??
we know baam is irregular
If Baam isn't Zahard's son, the author trolled us.
Fucking awesome chapter, I liked the background we got on this guy and I'm always down to see Baam fight. I wonder how Horyang will fair against Baam, I hope he is a little bit of a challenge. I can't wait for the Factory Round, I hope its even more epic than Crown Game.

Maybe the lobster is Baam's guardian animal spirit. "Pinchy, come to my aid!"
I'm not saying that FUG implanted it, I'm saying He entered the tower as it.
I think it has something to do with his crazy regeneration skill.... but let see... when The Devil of the right Arm says that there's something special about Baam, it will be right.. but if its an ignition weapon.. thats another question^^
