I'm thorn here. But I'll vote for Hunter X Hunter. This arc was amazingly animated. And the quality of it is consistently good.

I nominate Fairy Tail. The animation is great and I think the voices of the caracters really fit them

I'll have to nominate HxH as well. Been superb this whole time and I'm enjoying how close to the manga it is despite all the censoring, which is still better than last anime. Other nomination goes to Gintama.

Other anime I watch are Fairy Tail and One Piece: while the material is definitely pretty good, I honestly feel like the anime despite being enjoyable is not very well done. For OP 1:1 ratio is a whole different matter since it's necessary, but it's been a bad habit of theirs to poorly draw the characters for faster release. Meh.

Steins;Gate, of course. A brilliant series from start to finish, filled with action, humor, and unexpected twists. The plot was brilliant, and the characters were among the most memorable in recent history.

I would also like to nominate AnoHana, one of the most heartfelt, touching anime I have ever seen.

I vote for Magi. This series has it all : action, humor, emotion, interesting setting, lovable characters... and above all, a wonderful story which goes to unexpected depths thanks to an author who knows his (or her?) stuff.

My vote will have to be for Puella Magi Madoka Magica on account of its plot, characters, and Evangelion-esque genre deconstruction.

Although it's still not finished with only 1 episode left this season, I nominate:

"SWORD ART ONLINE"

This was one of the best and simply said my favorite anime this year.

Many of you who have gone and looked at it, probably know the reasons, as to why I like it. To all others, I would really recomand it...
