I will say this much. Oda is definitely putting a lot of effort into making Doflamingo one of the antagonistic pillars as the manga moves forward. The talk of him wanting to be PK was a very interesting revelation, it means that his Joker persona is just a means to an end rather then a goal. Plus the way he talks to his crew mates/subordinates was really refreshing to see in a "villain" character. He seems to value them, their service, and loyalty beyond just them being disposable pawns for him to use. Also the page where we see Doflamingo's silhouette in front of the window and then with his hand on his head as Monet dies was one of the best panel sequences i've seen in a really really long time.

With all of the talk about the new age I guess it's expected for Doflamingo to want to be pirate king. Ironically he will be defeated so early on in that New Age. Unless Oda drags his defeat for a while. Though he might return even after he is beaten, in a sort of Crocodile-eque fashion.

I really want to see how Luffy will react to what Dofla has been doing this entire manga, Dofla will probably explain to Luffy how much of a mass manipulator he is, and will brag to him, there is an interesting story looming here.

If Doflamingo is the most dangerous man, the Yonkou targeted is _______________? (About "the most dangerous man" I follow Aohige translation that should be better than MP for sure).

He looks scary in a wild and scary world, but he seems to prefer not to clash with that targeted Yonkou.

I also believe that Dofla would return into the main plot as well, and I agree that Dofla would be beaten after this. Too bad since it's too fast if he's suddenly get defeated, even though if Oda stretches this arc too long it would be a drag.

So far, I believe Luffy has not have any personal issues with Dofla. If somehow Dofla irks Luffy by hurt him personally, Luffy would be mad as hell, and the battle somehow would become more interesting for me.

However, what I did not see coming is Dofla himself heading towards Punk Hazard to enter the fray!

I'm really hoping that Doflamingo wouldn't get defeated this early ; i have kinda taken a liking towards his character. I have always thought that after the whole ruckus caused by Law & Luffy's alliance, the brokers would attempt to steal what there is left of SAD making the whole situation really chaotic. The confrontation between Doflamingo and Law + Luffy's gang would probably be cut short should the other brokers enter the fray.
