I'm comparing America to Europe lol. They get ALL the good manga. Also HxH over here in America isn't doing too good. I wouldn't be surprised if it got cancelled in a couple years.

But of course, every time I go to a manga store all the HxH volumes are sold out. Maybe they're just trolling me...

Gearing up for this month's Hunter x Hunter Phantom Rouge movie, Banpresto's Ichiban Kuji has kicked off a Scarlet Eyes prize figure lottery, tied to the central plot device of the Yoshihiro Togashi planned anime feature.

Yuzo Sato (Kaiji) is directing the movie with Shoji Yonemura (Fairy Tail, Berserk, Death Note) writing the script. Satoshi Tasaki, Takahiro Umehara, and Haruhito Takada are chief animation directors.

Prize lottery tickets are on sale at Japanese 7-Eleven stores for 500yen ($5.75)

That alternate color of Kurapika I think fits well with the manga. The first time I looked at his outfit in YS arc I imagined it was black with yellow hem. Dark fits him.

Hard to imagine the guy who writes the scripts for Pokemon is the same one who does it for Death Note, some HxH 2011 episodes, and now the movie too.

I don't suppose anyone could get the C prize on purpose.

If Hunter x Hunter wasn't doing well, it would be cancelled now. Viz even put the Kurapika stroy in SJA. And it's always the top series for vizmanga.

They were actually going to cancel it the ending of last year, but then Togashi came back from hiatus and they released vol. 30 in Japan. If Togashi wouldn't have returned last year, Viz would've canceled HxH.

HXH is first again! Volume 31 is also in the top.If that news is not Togashi's return i would be really disappointed.

There was an article I forgot where it was But also like you said Viz added the 2 part One-shot, JUST because its two parts. Look back at 2011 - Why didn't Viz add HxH to SJAlpha then? Alpha was out by the time HxH was ongoing again. That's why I'm HOPING they add it when it comes back this time around.

I'm sorry but that's a bullshit excuse lol When HxH returns its out for 20 - 30 weeks.. that's like saying what was the point of adding the 2 part special since its only 2 chapters.. Also Viz has monthlys on Alpha... it equates to the samething pretty much. Lastly HxH ( at this rate ) will never get canceled lol So viz doesn't have to worry about HxH getting canceled.

PS - When I said " never get canceled " I meant in Japan
