Youth and Beauty Hunter
I'd easily be a Gourmet Hunter as that's essentially my hobby right now. Tasting new food is easily in the top 3 of my greatest joys in life.
my hatsu type (according to Hisoka's personality descriptions) would be Manipulation...I wonder how I'd incorporate that into that...
Let's see... maybe I could be a Game Hunter?
I would search for rare games all over the world, and look for ancient people and their writings talking about ancient games of life and death. Perhaps there ismore Hunters-only videogames like GI, that I would look forward to.
According to Hisoka personality description (and that Nen test from that Spanish website) I'd be Manipulation...
I think I'd have 2 Hatsus: One, having something to do with electronics, since those are my favorite games, and the other I have no idea exactly what would do...
Here's some more I've come up with:
Hatsu Hunter: someone with some kind of Hatsu-stealing ability, and goes around the world collecting other people's Hatsu too.
Transport Hunter: Hunters who escort people or things from one place to another. Yeah, basically a transporter.
Mountain-Desert-Jungle would be the same, right? I would call it Nature Hunter or GeoHunter, since it involves exploring.
Hatsu Hunter is particularly Kuroro and I think it's not something as usual to make a Hunter Tittle out of it.
Yes, Mountain, Desert and Jungle all just explore different areas, but they're people who specialise in their one particular area. Since 'Sea Hunter' is a separate term from some catch-all name for Explorers, these ones deserve them too.
I actually see it as general titles, official. If I'm not wrong it was Menchi who achieved that Gourmet Hunter was on the official list or something like that.
I've just read the chapters featuring Menchi and I can't find any evidence for it being an official list, but maybe it was in the anime? I think it's pretty much open to interpretation, but if there is an official list then you're right, Hatsu Hunter wouldn't be on there. In fact even if it's unofficial it wouldn't really be one, since it would involve, to all and intents and purposes, attacking other hunters.
What made me think it was an unofficial list was the fact that stuff like 'Virus' is on there. I don't think very many Hunters would choose careers in that field (like, single digits). Though then again, even for analysis and lab work and stuff there would be a team working on them, so maybe you're right! I actually think official lists is more appealing.
Though, do you think you'd have to take qualification exams to call yourself a particular type of hunter?
Not so sure.
I thought on the official list due two things: The overall knowledge of what a Blacklist Hunter does without having to explain it and the repetition of the tittle for some of them. It may be an extensive list, but I'm sure each one prefers a name over the rest to make it unique.
And nah, the only test that Pro-Hunters have is Nen.
possible information hunter
informations rule the world and all you guys they collect something, i would see it also thanks to my job :P

My choice would be a Crime Hunter. As for why? because my passion and the career I'm currently pursing is law enforcement.

There is actually a thread for this, though it's very far back...
I think being a music hunter would be fun.
