And look at this:
Zeff's t-shirt pattern is the same with this mysterious guy?
Is it Zeff?
Erm... Basically Ace trained with Luffy till he was 17 at Dadans house.
Then he went out to his Pirate Journey with him being the Captain of his own crew.
So he had no master.
But at the part of that guy being one of Gold Rogers Crew mates i think the same.
... And no.. its not Jeff... Jeff has his Baratie now and we know he wouldnt leave it.
Striped clothing isn't something strange in One Piece or anywhere else in fiction and real world.
As for the straw hat, while probably uncommon outside Wano, it's probably not that rare.
And the guy with Crocus is probably former Roger Pirate, otherwise there would be no point in showing that cower story and them drinking together as if they are old friends. Since Roger conquered Grand Line, he has probably visited Wano at some point, and his crewmate could have developed a linking to their hat design. Could have bought one or even learned how to make it, just like Ace.
Well, the hat is a Kasa which was already introduced as "typical hat from Wano Country". I actually started to think that Kinemon was training Ace because of his ability to cast and cut fire with his katana. But the cover only shows that Crocus and probably the Roger Pirates had a friend from the Wano Country.
When did Ace have a master? Before joining Whitebeard's crew he was captain of the Spade Pirate's, even offered a Shichibukai position. If he really had fallen in with a former Rogers Pirates wouldn't he have learned something more important than making bamboo hats? Isn't hat making something he could have learned from one of the Samurai, or resident of Wano Country?

I doubt Ace had a master. He left by himself and seemed to have build up his reputation on his own, and pretty quickly. If anything, Whitebeard was the closest to being Ace's master as I don't think Ace ever hung out with anyone that could be considered his master before joining Whitebeard.
Didn't Ace say that he learned how to make the hat while he was in that certain area? I forgot where, but there was no indication he was taught how to make that kind of hat by his master, if he had any.
Why would anyone teach their disciple how to make hats anyway?
It's more likely to be Scopper, Roger's 3rd in command.
ace is most likely to have met a former roger pirate at wano thus luffy is likely to meet him or her
i think its this guy here
Must have been the bear. Maybe the bear is really Kaido, in awakened zoan form
ain't that shiki the golden lion?
